This was such a great experience! Anthony Schiano was beyond professional and very quick to respond to calls and texts msgs. He had a quote for my husband and I within 24hrs and had a service time and date immediately following the quote that was accepted. He was punctual when showing up on the service date, and did an absolute beautiful job on the exterior of our home. The services that we requested were, exterior wash on siding and windows. We will definitely be recommending Schiano’s to others and will be using this local business in the future.

Schiano’s provided gutter cleaning service. Our gutters were pretty bad. The before and after photos provided showed how great of a job Anthony, our service tech, did. Hello I want to let all who stop at Schino's exterior and cleaning pressure washing that you will have found the best off the best. Anthony the owner is a person who cares about everyone his clients. He is extremely good about explaining his particular way of working and the type of equipment he uses, Its the latest and greatest. I was concerned that I would need to have my outside windows reclined after the power washing of the house...he said his equipment was such that that would not be necessary. I was so pleased that he was correct. My recently cleaned outside windows remained I perfect condition. In addition he was so thorough with how the powerwashibg would look he spent a good deal making sure it was all perfect and it was. He is a very professional person and cares about his clients. I highly recommend his company. He excels above all others.

Anthony at Schiano's Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing recently washed the roof of my home, removing the unsightly black algae stains. The roof looks like new again! Anthony is very professional and moves with a purpose.
What I learned after the job was complete is that this algae feeds on the limestone filler used in asphalt shingles, which weakens the shingle material over time and can lead to premature aging of the roof, granule loss, and increased moisture retention. I wish I got it done sooner. I highly recommend Anthony at Schiano's Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing.

Anthony re-stained our deck, power washed everything including the screened in part. He also replaced a good amount of face board and painted same. Finally he climbed onto the roof of the porch and cleaned two skylights. He was personable and very precise. Might have taken longer than some but was very careful with his equipment not to make a mess.. Even did extensive sanding by hand. Oh, his estimate was lower than his competition. Very pleased with his work.
