**UPDATE** I called the company back per their request as soon as I returned to NC but they would not refund my money, they offered a $60 credit for a $530 botch job. They stated that because I didn't call the same day and waited that they could not guarantee that the mess was left behind from their lack of cleaning. I told them that I left for a 13+ hr drive back to Chicago to spend the holidays with my family and left immediately following their basic cleaning (including waiting an additional 30 minutes due to their lateness). No one entered the home during that time frame until I returned in the evening of the 30th and called them on the 31st. Even when my mother walked into the home following those few weeks she pointed out the dog hair and dust that was still there despite having it "professionally" cleaned. I would not recommend this company at all.

They did a decent job but I don't think it was worth the price I paid. By the end, I still had to clean up some spider webs. They were about 30 minutes late and it seemed as if they rushed through my job to get to the next. I asked for a deep clean because the previous owners left the place full of dog hair, dirt, and dust. When I saw them dusting, it seemed like they there were just going through the motions, barely touching the areas they claimed they were supposed to clean (baseboards, interior windows, cabinets, appliances, etc.) I appreciate that it was cleaned prior to officially moving in but paying over $500 and getting what feels like a basic cleaning makes it seem like it wasn't worth it at all. Unfortunately, I didn't have anything with me when I visited so I couldn't do it myself.

I had a different company out to clean our new home for a move in clean first TWICE and it was a horrible experience ended up with a clogged toilet and it was like it wasn’t cleaned at all! I called a few companies but BRIGHT LEAF was able to get me in quick which is what I needed because our stuff was arriving… they were FANTASTIC, warm and friendly and the house felt, looked and smelled clean! Exactly what I expected and exactly what I got. Highly recommend their efficient services!

Great job! I had a move out deep clean and they did a superb job. They were professional and thorough and the house looked wonderful. I would hire them again if I weren't moving!

First let me say that the ladies are very respectful of my home. They really do a beautiful job at cleaning every room and make the bathrooms smell that they clean them sparkling clean. Beds are changed and made the way I can make them daily with ease all blinds are throughly cleaned, and they vacuum the closets along with all the carpets. I love that they clean my stovetop with proper cleaning supplies. Kitchen looks like you don’t want to mess it up with cooking.
I will be letting friends know how happy I am with my cleaning service and at a reasonable price.
