We've had multiple companies come to wash our house and clean our gutters. All of them had their issues... until now. JD and the team did a wonderful job and our house is looking (and feeling) much better. They kept working until the job was DONE and they were all pretty cool dudes about it. Thanks, Durham Power Wash!

I was able to schedule a next-day service for our vinyl siding and got a great deal via the Durham Power Wash website. JD did a fantastic job-- our house looks brand new! Highly recommend.

Mistakes happen, but lying about it reveals a lot about a business.

They used too much pressure and "furred" the wood on the front porch steps. Classic rookie mistake, but cosmetic. It’s an easy fix. It just needs a quick sand once dry, but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to tell me the fuzz was "stain coming off." Fuzzing has absolutely nothing to do with Stain coming off. The pictures attached show exactly what happened

Not to mention, this porch has never been stained, so they were clearly trying to trick me into paying for an $850 "repair" and stain job for damage they caused.

I’m fine with a mistake happening, but I’m not okay with being lied to and upsold when a simple sanding would have fixed the issue. A customer that does not know better might have been fooled.

Be cautious if you value honesty and proper wood care.

UPDATE:
The response below is again misleading. Wood fuzzing like a tennis ball has absolutely nothing to do with natural raised grains from wear. Sharing pictures of the wood when it is wet from far away and claiming "no damage" proves nothing (water weights down the frayed fibers temporarily)

BTW the before picture clearly shows the wood was not stained although that is completely irrelevant to wood fuzzing like that. Very poor business practice to double down on a simple mistake like that. To me this is not an issue, it's a cosmetic 5 min sand job I can do on my own but the dishonesty in handling this reveals a lot about a business.

Installed gutters on my home. This company shouldn't be installing anything my advice go else ware. Email and I will send pics of there work they will tear your property up. There's a lot of gutter installers out there becareful.

I had a wonderful experience using Bull Gutters and would highly recommend them. I live in a "nice" house and people think that is a reason to be upcharged because I can afford it but these guys came in and gave pricing that was and thousands of dollars less than the nearest pricing and a pleasant surprise. They showed up on time, finished ahead of schedule and did a proper cleanup. I highly recommend them.
