Durham Power Wash provides Excellent services all around in their customer service, efficient booking process and they arrived on time did an excellent job in a timely manner. The team was very professional.

Our house exterior has never looked cleaner or better than it did after JD and his team finished their work, doing so while combining professionalism and friendliness. For example, our deck and railing had turned more green than white; after Durham Power Wash was through, they gleamed again!

J D and Daniel from Durham Power Wash soft power washed our house and cleaned the windows. They were exemplary. They showed up on time and professionally did the work within the time allocated. After completion, J D kindly identified areas of the house that needed attention for insects and painting. I highly recommend his company as the one to call for their service.

Scheduled service for pressure washing and gutter cleaning online, received plenty of notice that my appointment was Friday at 9am. Says it clear as day, an email and a text. Friday at 9am. Team shows up and starts crawling on my roof and in my backyard at 1pm Thursday. No advanced notice. I call the owner, he says its two different teams so they were trying to get ahead. That is FINE if you let me know in advance, so I can be home, so you're not in my backyard around my windows, on my roof without me there and my family is. That is the least professional way to go about things. Owner says he'll call his guys and tell them to leave. That means immediately. Because at that point you are trespassing, you are where you are not supposed to be at a time you're not supposed to be there. They go about their business and take the next 15 minutes continuing to work so they don't have to come back Friday... at 9am, when the appointment is. The owners solution was to refund but I had already taken the time to find a company that looked good, booked the appointment, set aside time to be there for it and this is the thanks I get. Extremely unprofessional.

I definitely recommend Durham Power Wash for any home and driveway. The owner comes out and sees what needs to be done to give you an accurate estimate. We had the company power wash our home, windows, roof, gutters, patio, and driveway and they did a thorough job and didn't rush through it. They were also reasonably priced compared to other companies we have used. Will use them the next time we need power washing.

We had our patio power washed, all of our screens washed in an outdoor porch and our windows washed. I can not begin to say how clean everything came out. Jay D is a very patient man he listened to my concerns and explained the entire process. He and his helper moved all our patio furniture, cleaned our outdoor rugs and the patio under the rugs washed all the furniture and put it all back in place. It was a pleasure to have Durham Power Wash work at our home. Their service was exceptional and they were respectful, kind and polite. We will recommend them and certainly have them do future work for us.

Nothing but good things to say about JD and his crew. They arrived on time, were very careful in their work. I originally was only going to do the driveway and walk, but after taking a good look at my front porch area, decided to do that as well. Glad I did! It looks fantastic now! His guys took the furniture off, even washed the chairs and cushions for me. But the real surprise was how clean our driveway got. It had some bad rustlike stains and mold. Looked beautiful after they finished. Best of all, as long as he was here, he just went ahead and power washed my garage door as well as two short mural walls at the top of the driveway. He did this at no further charge. He answered my questions, was well spoken and gave off an aura of complete honesty with only the desire to leave me happy and satisfied with the work. He absolutely did that! I will definitely have him back to do more work as needed in future. Thanks, JD, for the job so well done.

Durham Power Wash did a fantastic job on our house. We had a next day appointment & arrival time, texted to say they were on the way…early too! Very professional! They were careful of our plants /pots against the house.Followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience. JD and Duane were awesome. Got stains off my awnings that other companies could not remove. Highly recommend these guys. Durham Powerwash is the best. Courteous, knowledgeable, highly skilled.

Techs showed up early, set up quickly, and got to work on a large wash job. They worked steadily and efficiently, covering every item on our long list. The techs were friendly and professional, and did a wonderful job. We will certainly use Durham Power Wash again, and gladly recommend them to others.

These guys were great. They arrived on time, called me to make sure they were clear on what to clean, etc. They were careful to tape up anything that could be damaged. I would highly recommend their service. I will be using them again.
