Blake did an excellent job explaining all the details involved with my gutters attached to my house. The demonstration of how the way that the system works was a remarkable demonstration of how efficient the products is at keeping debris out of my gutters and and obstruction free flow of water into the gutter system.

Update:

I contacted the company because I realized that the gentlemen that installed my gutters left debris along the side of my home. I was informed that someone would remove the old gutters and gutter sealer gun from the side of my home the next day. And to my surprise no one arrived to remove the debris. So I will adjust my rating.

Derrick was great. On time and super nice. Was very helpful. The most important thing is that he got me a really great price which was really awesome especially since I have a kid in college. Plus they are going to replace them tomorrow. Now that is great service that is hard to find now a days. And the product is really great quality which is the cherry on top!

John Taylor the representative who came into my home was very professional and explained everything clearly and succinctly. The installers came out the very next day and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the job they did.

Elliot and Ryan were representing Homecraft to replace our gutters and also include guards. They were professional and informed us of options such as larger down spouts. We decided to contract with this company because of the outstanding reviews and the guarantee/warranty. Elliot and Ryan were extremely respectful and courteous; not pressuring us in any way.

I met with Michael Reilly to get an estimate on the project. He was extremely kind and well mannered. He was very efficient with his estimate, there were no sales gimmicks, I received a fair price and went ahead with the project!

I called Homecraft Gutter Protection for some info on a quote about replacing some gutters on my house. They came out and measured for the required material and provide a quote for the material and labor within 15 min. The representative explained that their business model is gutter guards and not really gutter installation/replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable and very apologetic that they may not be able to meet my cost expectations.

Karl was able to come out and give me a quote in a timely manner that accommodated my busy schedule. He was patient and thorough explaining to me their product and service.

I feel like I will be getting the best quality product on the market. Even more than that the service includes cleaning out any debris, then realigning and reinforcing the existing gutters.

They can also provide same-day/next-day installation, so my clogged gutter problem was quickly eradicated.

Manny (salesman) came out to quote my house today for a total gutter and downspout replacement (upgrading to larger sizes). He also showed me HomeCraft's gutter guard system and had multiple samples of competitors' gutter guards to show me the clear difference between the competitors and HomeCraft’s product. I liked the idea of adding on gutter guards bc it is extremely difficult to clean the gutters on the back of my house, plus we are surrounded by pine trees. The price was higher than I expected, but we were able to negotiate to a point that my husband and I felt comfortable with. Still more than I was thinking going in, but I have high hopes that this new system will only help us in the long run. I plan to update after the install to review the install crew, as well as review the product after heavy rainfall.
Update #1: My install took place today (the day after my consult with Manny, the salesman), which was an extremely fast turnaround. The arrival window given to me for the crew to arrive was 9am-11am. I was skeptical at first b/c I read other reviews saying that the install crews never showed and multiple install dates had to be continuously rescheduled. I did not have that issue in the least! Three men arrived at 10:15am, met with me briefly to see if I had questions, asked me a few of my own preferences, and got to work. This crew was EXTREMELY friendly and were very kind to my children ages 7 and 4 (we went out to watch part of the install). I had also read reviews of some crews leaving debris and trash in the yard, but this crew went around with a box and picked up every piece of trash they found...very thorough. They even took a leaf blower and blew away debris that had fallen out of my old gutters when they took them down! After the install, before I paid a penny, I walked around with the leader of the crew and went over final details. They finished my house in 2 hours! Took down old gutters and downspouts, put up new gutters and downspouts, and installed the gutter guard system! I was extremely impressed! Next, I will update after heavy rainfall and as the leaves continue falling from the trees to see how well this product performs. Final note, the crew leader gave me his professional advice on where to add gutter valley splash guards due to the pitch and valleys in my roof. He changed it up from the initial guards my Builder put on my house and I trust he made the right choice...There is a reason I had to do a total replace to begin with!

We had a quote from a salesperson yesterday and they offered a discount for a good google review prior to completing the project. I was offended and will use a different service. By the way, as a chemist, the salesperson needs to have a course in chemistry!!! The chemistry treatment was laughable alongside the high pressure sales. The salesperson worked with my partner but I heard the conversation. Don’t use it. This seems like a scam! 9000 dollars to replace a fraction of the gutters and add guards but they offered a 200 dollar discount for a good review.

Actually speechless after scheduling a quote how this company hasn’t been charged with fraud. The actual confidence in the sales person to start his quote at $4,700 for 70 ft of gutter guards to only drop it to $2,200 when I told him we’re not even on the same planet. Very sketchy the material costs $80 for 60 feet at Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and do NOT contact these consumer predators.

We typically have to clean the gutters multiple times per year. After having the roof replaced we looked into gutter guards/protection. HomeCraft was at the top of the list. Matt Rhodes came out and was very professional and walked us through the product and HomeCraft's service. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and the after discussion, we were presented with a reasonable quote. We'll update the post in the late fall when the leaves hit the ground.

We went to a Home Show in Raleigh and checked out a few Gutter vendors. The HomeCraft booth stood out due to a unique downspout gate! After getting a few estimates from some of the other vendors, Will Bryant and his team from HomeCraft came over to house for his presentation. Will was straight and to the point. We pointed out where and what we wanted, and Will and the HomeCraft team made it happen! Granted, we are waiting for the next big rain storm for further assessment, but HomeCraft has a reassuring Customer Service team to reach out to if needed. Five Star service all the way! He has been very professional, courteous and communicative. We obtained quotes from multiple vendors for the project, and the company was very open to negotiation. I was impressed with the high reviews here, so I had them come out for an estimate. I was told over the phone that I'd be given an estimate that would be good for a year. So they measure my house, and give me a bit of an education / sales job about types of gutter guards, which I mostly appreciated; but then they gave me an estimate of $6400, good for one year, or $4600 if I signed today. When I refused, they went out to their truck and came back with $4700, good for one year... or $1600 today. At that point, while I think $1600 was probably a good price, I simply didn't trust them at all. They're clearly willing to overcharge the gullible by a factor of 3 or 4, and they frankly lied on the phone, leading me to think there would be no immediate sales pressure.

I found Tim Walker, the local HomeCraft marketing representative, to be very knowledgeable of the product options and he was able to explain what differentiates HomeCraft from others. He was prompt in arriving, took time to examine my property and then developed a solution that fit my schedule and budget. Tim knows what he is doing and I believe he is honest and was not trying to get over on me. He's responsive and I believe honorable and represents his firm very well. If you're in the market for a gutter system that will improve the functionality of your property then Tim Walker from HomeCraft is the person you need to talk with.

David was great to work with. David took the time to explain the product and who founded the company. My husband and I felt at ease with our decision to go with HomeCraft gutters based on the superior quality and great price. This will be a great upgrade to our home.

Greg Sparks was awesome! His knowledge about the product helped us make our final decision about our gutters. The fact that they have a 24-48 hour turnaround was impressive. We look forward to this investment to help save money for other repairs, that would have been caused by water damage.
