my tenant made a lot of mess when she had guest come over for a gathering, it was an eye saw in there. i called Fabricare and they were quick to respond. they left my house looking and smelling great .It was worth the money spent, thanks a lot.

I have used Fabricare twice over the past four years to clean my white and ivory colored upholstery pieces. The dog likes to wedge himself against the sofas and chairs and his rubbing leaves behind an oily dirt residue. Both times that I had Mike from Fabricare come clean the furniture, he did a great job. It was very easy to schedule and Mike was on time and completed the job efficiently. Mike is also very friendly! I plan to continue to use Fabricare as my various pieces of upholstery require deep cleaning.

The service was great. The people were very professional and prompt. They even got stains out that had been in my carpet for years. Mike and his assistant Abigail did a wonderful job today. They cleaned all the carpets in the house for a party I’m having this week. I have used them before and each time I am greatly pleased. I will always use Mike and refer him to my friends and neighbors.

Mike got back to us right away. He and his assistant Abigail, cleaned a large sectional sofa, 3 chairs, 2 area rugs and even a stained curtain. Everything came out beautifully. We highly recommend.

Great service and excellent cleaning. Mike and his assistance came out on a Sunday and cleaned the entire house in only 2 hours. I was already impressed that a live person answered the phone and that they scheduled a Sunday appointment but I was super impressed when they scrubbed my 2 staircases by hand! I thought they had placed down new carpets. This was one of my rental places and the last tenants left a mess. Now I don't need to replace any of the carpets and I can move the next tenant in very soon. Thank you very much Mike and I will be using your company in the future.

Mike came to my new place this morning with his wonderful assistant Abigail and they did a phenomenal job on my couches and dining room chairs. I’ve had my table and chairs for about 5 years now with a toddler and she really made a mess in my chairs. My chairs look like new. Not to mention the service was fast and efficient. Call Mike if you need anything that has to do with upholstery cleaning now!

We dropped off some kitchen chair cushions and a woven rug for cleaning and everything came back looking spotless and had a great fresh scent. Turnaround was super fast too (3 days), whereas most dry cleaners take a full week. We will definitely use again for upholstery cleaning!

Mike and team came to my house this morning and performed a miracle cleaning on an old, microfiber recliner that had every stain on it a child could make plus water stains from flooding. They made it look like new and did it in record time! I still can't believe the excellent job this company did. Mike is a true carpet cleaning expert, and I plan to use him from now on for all of my upholstery cleaning needs!!! You have got to try him for yourself. You WILL be AMAZED!!! 💯
