I called Homecraft Gutter Protection for some info on a quote about installing gutter guards ( we have been having bird and vermin issues) They were quick and responsive. The next day someone came out, measured, and gave me a quote. Literally the next day they were here, installed in a few hours, and it was all done. The guards look great from above, the install looks professional, and it has such a low profile from the street the curb appeal of the house was maintained. Super happy with their service! I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Daniel Garcia came out to do our inspection and quote. He was very professional and worked hard to get us the best deal. We loved the overall quality of the product and flexible they are for the installation. Highly recommend.

Michael came out about putting up new gutters on my new home. He was professional, super friendly and answered all questions I had with great knowledge. His personality made me believe I could trust this company so I signed on the dotted line and they are so fast... got a text that they will be installing the new gutters at 9 am tomorrow. I was impressed by the speed at getting a quote and how quickly the install of my new gutter guards could happen. VERY high pressure sales, but thankfully, I had some comparables and was able to come to an agreement for a price I was happy with. My advice: make sure you know what the price should be before calling so that you are happy with the final quote. I was able to get the gutter guards installed the following day... well, sort of. The contracted installers who came rushed and didn't finish the job. Getting them to return to complete the job was like pulling eye teeth! It took about 2 weeks to get a response from the project manager who promised photo proof that the job was complete AND who told me the installers would come back the next day. It took another week or more to have the installers return AND to the get promised photos. Needless to say, buyer beware! Stay on top of your project if you hire this company.

Robert Nicholson, came out and was very professional. I love how he was too the point, very respectful and gave us a great deal. He was on time for our appointment. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for gutters for their home.

He took me around the house and showed me all the issues I have and could potentially face if not fixed. His product knowledge was great a I was impressed by the connection we made. My husband and I just met with Ryan H. to inquire about new gutters/guards for our home since we’ve had issues with water overflow and our current gutters pulling away from the house. Ryan took a look at our whole house and gave us great recommendations for high quality products we need without trying to push extra products or work we don’t need. He also gave us a great price in exchange for some marketing opportunities for their company which we greatly appreciate. Jennifer Lawson was the Home Craft representative that came out to my home and she was amazing. The diamond guard gutter protection is a superior product to all other similar products. Great warranty and the price point was very reasonable as well. They were even able to install same week and in one day. Overall I am very pleased with the product, company, and staff!!!

Will Bryant came out to give me a free estimate for a gutter guard installation for the whole house. He was extremely personable, attentive and thorough. Workmen came timely to do the work efficiently and proficiently. They were courteous and professional. Quite satisfactory! I highly recommend their business to anyone interested in gutter protection service!

I was looking for gutter replacement and gutter shields and HomeCraft popped up in a Google search. Very responsive to my request for information and I had an appointment scheduled pretty quickly. Gray was the customer service rep that met with my wife and I and I appreciated how he handled the visit. Was very personable and informative. Was not high pressure at all, explained the pros & cons very well. Also pointed out a few other things while walking around our house that we need to get resolved. Overall one of the better sales/consulting visits I've had . We did end up deciding to use HomeCraft for our gutter replacement, which will happen in a few days.

This is a SCAM COMPANY. I spent $3500 on gutter covers because they offered a lifetime warranty on repairs. I need repairs done and of course when I call to schedule an appointment they tell me they “don’t do services in my area anymore.” What?! You sure did services in my area when you were scamming me out of $3,500! It even says on their website that they do repairs on their gutters. I see now that they have multiple law suits. I guess I should have listened to my gut when that extremely pushy man came to my house to swindle me. As soon as I told him I had another company coming out the next day for a quote he got even more uncomfortably pushy. Learn from other’s mistakes and don’t get scammed out of thousands of dollars. And shame on you jerks for knowing exactly what you do to your customers.

Matt worked with hubby and my schedule. He presented to us a very quality product gutters for our new home. Matt explained showed me everything that needed to be done. Matt was professional, polite, kind and understanding. He explained clearly what we would be purchasing. He was upfront and very honest.

We are new homeowners and one of the first things we wanted to look into was gutter protection. We saw the ad on Instagram and someone from HomeCraft contacted us the next day. Ryan H was able to come out to our house the following day and walk us through all the details. He was very professional and friendly and even made friends with our dog!

After some mis-communication due to the rain (unfortunately no one contacted us to let us know they would need to reschedule)...the install crew arrived two days later. The crew (2 guys) were friendly and had out gutters cleaned and gutter guards installed in about 1/2 day.

We did reach out to them about a "gap" we saw in one of the corners (see photo below) - and were told it was normal...this seemed a bit odd because one of the major perks of this company was their "no gap" guarantee...but we will keep an eye on how it does and if it poses any issues.

Durham Power Wash did a great job with a recent power wash job (house, screened in porch, pavers, and underside of a deck). They were very responsive to my request for a quote. The price was fair and the work was done well. Both the owner and another guy came out and were friendly and answered my questions. They did such a good job I added gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning to the job. Very happy with the work and will absolutely use them again.

Durham Power Wash was very prompt and got to work quickly. The results were amazing! The metal roof, siding, windows and decks look new again.

Our house looks like it has a fresh coat of paint since its been pressure washed. Its actually vinyl, but it is so nice to see it really clean! I also appreciated that the owner noticed our herb bed close to the house before starting the process. We protected the raised bed with tarps as the cleaning solution is not organic, but it is biodegradable per the web site. We will use Durham Power Wash again. They also cleaned our house next door. Overall, an excellent experience.

I just used Durham Power Wash for the first time and they were very professional to work with. They showed up a little early, reviewed all my concerns before starting, and did a very thorough job, including cleaning some very dirty and hard to reach skylights. The crew was 3 guys and they worked for almost 3 hours to complete the house, front porch railings, skylights, deck, screened porch, and front brick walkway (the last 2 were add-ons to the original estimate, but worth it considering the time it took, I think). They even cleaned my front porch chairs without being asked. The house looks like new!
They were careful of garden areas and cleaned up properly. They offered to wash the driveway as well but I declined. I would definitely recommend them!

We have tried a few power washing companies since buying our home a few years ago and Durham Power Wash has been the best by far! Our house looked beautiful when they finished and they removed old stains from our driveway and deck that I thought could not be removed. So professional, responsive and fast! We definitely plan to work with them again next year.
