I found ProGreen on Home Advisor looking for eco- and pet-friendly carpet cleaners. They're great! Easy to schedule. Fare prices. Our technician, Ramon, was prompt, efficient and courteous. We'll definitely use them again!

I hired ProGreen for carpet cleaning first. I bought a house and the carpets smelled like the previous owner's dog. ProGreen was super responsive and I was able to book an appointment quickly after I inquired about their service. Our carpets smell so much better now. A couple of months later, I hired them to power wash our siding. They did a great job with that as well and took extra care to get rid of all the grime and stains. I would hire them again for any service they provide. They are super professional, responsive and fast!

Ivan was phenomenal and well educated on carpeting. We called Wednesday and got an appointment for Thursday!! What great customer service. We got both carpet stretching and cleaning the same day. They were very prompt and thorough! Highly recommend!

Setting up an appointment with ProGreen Carpet was quick and easy. I almost immediately got an email response from Liz to set up the appointment after I filled out the inquiry form. I was able to schedule within the same week which was amazing especially around a holiday (Memorial Day).
Jose was the job technician. He was extremely polite, courteous and did an amazing job. He made sure to go over the pre-inspection results and the plan for the cleaning. He was thorough and efficient, having a quality job done in just about an hour. I highly recommend this company and will plan to use them in the future!

The staff was able to give me a quick and reasonable quote over the phone based on the number of spaces and total square footage of the house.

The day of the cleaning the staff walked through the property with me and explained the process. The cleaning took 40 minutes and 8 hours of drying. The staff member did voice concern about my particular carpet due to old stains, however he was successful in removing all the stains!!!

I would highly recommend ProGreen Carpet to people I know for a similar service.

I am so pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning! Stains I thought would never budge were either removed completely or lightened considerably. High traffic areas looked almost brand new! I didn't expect too much with a 13+ year old carpet that has endured the abuse of 3 children and a pet, so I'm very impressed with their abilities. Jose Batista was very professional, knowledgable, considerate, and kind. He gave me some good advice on the maintenance, repair, or replacement of my carpet that was within my budget. He was not pushy at all which I appreciate. The receptionist on the phone was also very kind and professional and scheduled my appointment for the next day! I love their standards for communication! After making my appointment over the phone, I immediately got a text and an email giving me all the details of my scheduled service. Mr. Batista called 40 minutes before arriving and came within the arrival window. I highly recommend Progreen for carpet cleaning! This is one company I look forward to working with again.

Pro Green Carpet cleaning is excellent! Their prices are very reasonable and they are extremely professional! They did not try to “sell” me add ons they were truly not needed! I had a quote and that was what I paid! They called about 10 minutes before they arrived, went over the areas that I wanted to have cleaned, and immediately started work! This was my first experience with Pro Green Carpet and it was great! I will be calling them back to have them do some other services they offer that will improve the exterior and interior of our home!!

ProGreen stretched carpet in four room and cleaned the carpet in six. All carpet now looks like new. In the end, work was down less the Ivan quoted. ProGreen and Ivan turned out to be one of the best contractor’s we have used in the Raleigh area. We highly recommend this company.

ProGreen did a great job removing squeaks in our subfloor under the carpet plus in cleaning all of our carpets. They scheduled their appointment in a timely manner and were on time to get the job done. We would definitely recommend them to others .

Ivan and ProGreen are my go-to for all my carpet cleaning needs. I've used them on my personal residence as well as several of my client's residences and we are always pleased with the finished results. The pricing is fair, scheduling is easy, and they always aim to please.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and Ivan was prompt to arrive. He stretched our bedroom carpet and it's great that we're not tripping over bulges anymore. We knew Ivan would do a great job because we had used Pro Green at our previous house and were very satisfied.
This time he solved our flooded bathroom problem, replacing the carpet & padding in the adjacent closet and bedroom.
The work was done well at a fair price.

ProGreen did an excellent repair to my carpet. It was horribly stained from my pets. I had tried to get Stanley Steamer to clean the carpet twice...and both times they never got it clean. ProGreen saved me with their repair work.

He did an excellent job and was on schedule. Excellent communicator!!. I highly recommend to use Mauricio service. Carpet is basically new again

This was my first time using ProGreen to clean the carpet in my house. I chose them largely based on the positive rating on the internet.

On the positive side, it was easy to make an appointment with ProGreen and they were prompt to show up to the appointment. I did not have a positive experience with them. The issues are:

1. The stairs are carpet over hardwood. They left the stairs with puddles of water on the wood of the steps beside the carpet.
2. The stairs aren't dry even 22 hours later.
3. The carpet isn't clean. For example, it has streaks of lighter, cleaner areas, so obviously it was possible to get it cleaner overall than they did.
4. They were not careful with my home. For one thing, they opened a door so hard it swung into a cabinet. For another, they got a rocker caught up in their tubing and drug it along the floor and into a table.
5. They were expensive for the service they provided. It cost me $245 for two rooms, the stairs and some area rugs. Given that the rugs weren't really clean when they were done, I thought this was a poor value.

REPLY: I am not a competitor giving you a poor review. I am a customer who you did identify since you called me earlier today and left me a voicemail. I'm sorry that my review isn't pleasing to you, but it is my experience. The dry time I experienced on the stairs was longer than the time window you suggest. The streaks became more evident as the carpets in the rooms dried and we felt comfortable walking on them. I posted pictures if that helps. Three of the pictures show streaks. I tried to upload a fourth picture is to show an area that was cleaned better and didn't show streaks, but it didn't seem to upload. The amount I paid was for 2 rooms, stairs and also for some area rugs. Of the area rugs, 3 were door mats and one was a larger area rug. The cost to clean those 4 rugs was $60.
