Dave and Chanel did an outstanding job of cleaning my 2 couches and 2 chairs. The furniture looked and smelled wonderful when they finished. They had to remove dog hair and old stains and it worked! They were also very kind, easy to book and the cost was very reasonable.

This carpet cleaning company is the best I have ever used. I had two stubborn stains on my carpet used many other companies. Nothing worked. The owner is absolutely an exceptional individual. He truly cares and was very expeditious in getting back to me and on time for the appointment.

This company did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets. We had 7 rooms to be cleaned and they spent about 8 hours to get the job done. They spent most of the time removing the dust and pet hair from the carpet and even moved and cleaned under all furniture. After the carpets were free of debris, they shampooed it and it was not wet and soggy after. The carpets took about couple of hrs to dry . After they were dry, they feel so clean! We have cleaners come regularly to vacuum and also have daily robot cleaning of the floors but it was amazing to see how much dust was till present while “One of a Kind” was here. Definitely recommend their service. We signed up for the maintenance plan as well.

LIKE he can clean a stinky couch with heavy amounts of pet hair, a delicate wool area rug, stairs that kids have trampled on for YEARS and make them all look and SMELL brand new. Great service and extremely nice guy! I had the carpets cleaned as a surprise for my wife and she was extremely impressed! Normally I would try cleaning the carpet myself, but it never turns out that good. I decided to try Mr. David’s service and we are grateful we did. Highly recommend! Our realtor recommended David and he did a GREAT job on our home before we moved in. Before move in, there was that old seller musk in our home, so we knew we needed a professional and thorough job done and David did just that. No more smell at move in, only that of a fresh and crisp home 😌. David also is very passionate about his work, he has a very complex process that he takes each carpet through. David's work is excellent. He left our carpets looking clean and smelling fresh and they dried amazingly fast (a couple of hours, tops!). Now that we found David Stines, we won't have to look for anyone else to clean our carpets again.

I had filthy carpet in a 14x14 bedroom, very large hallway, and steps. I called One of a Kind and spoke with owner David who explained their unique process. He was able to get to me the next day and after a couple of hours all this carpet looks brand new. David was friendly and professional. He also does room rugs. I recommend One of a Kind to anyone who supports small, locally-owned businesses, wants to minimize the use chemicals in their house, and, of course, wants hyper-clean carpets.

2 YEARS!
That is how long I have tried to get my carpets clean with an at-home consumer carpet cleaner. With 3 elderly (and somewhat incontinent) dogs and 2 cats, keeping the urine smell at bay has been a losing battle. I don't want to think about all the hours I've spent attempting to clean the carpets, let alone the expense of many jugs of carpet cleaner...

I had reached my wits end when I called One of Kind Custom Carpet Cleaning! I have to say, this is a wonderful family-owned company! I spoke to David, the owner, and he walked me through his multi-step process for truly cleaning my carpets (as opposed to what I had been trying to do on my own). He was able to come out in the same week! I was impressed with the time and care he and his daughter invested in making my carpets look and smell as close to new as they could get! While some other posts note that their equipment doesn't look "new", or that they spend a lot of time working on the job, I consider both of these concerns to be invalid. I don't care what their equipment looks like - I care about the results, and they were fantastic! As for them spending a lot of time working on the job, how could this possibly be a bad thing? I'm not paying by the hour, I paid for the job, and they worked hard to earn my trust and praise. I was delighted that they weren't just there to quickly run through the place and then head out - no, they spent their time working through their multi-step cleaning and deodorizing process, and the results are GREAT! While they may not be the least expensive option out there, they are well worth the money in my opinion! If you have dirty carpets, do yourself a favor and give David a call - you won't be disappointed!

David, the owner, came to our home and cleaned three Oriental rugs. They look great and have regained their brightness. They dried quickly and smell much better, including getting rid of residual dog urine odor. He was very nice and professional. We would definitely use him again and recommend him.

I've used these folks several times at multiple locations and I have always been absolutely impressed with the high quality work they do. Highly recommended!

Amazing service at a reasonable price!
David Stines just completed cleaning carpet and a rug for us. Our 20+ year old carpet looks almost new again. He was able to clean an especially nasty stain from an antibiotic which spilled and today it is gone - quite a miracle! He is cheerful, responsive, knowledgeable and responsible. He has taken care of our carpet for years. We wouldn't trust anyone else to give us the same level of service, with a smile and a good price. You cannot go wrong with One of a Kind for your carpet!

David came to my office cleaned the carpets ,spots with old coffee stains,lots of traffic ,removed the stains carpet had a nice odor and was not wet,They also cleaned and removed stains from a small sofa ,and formal chair .Great Work
