Editing my original review to express my disappointment over my most recent experience. Jason's crew ended up damaging our wooden stairs with some of their equipment that they were not being gentle with at all. Additionally, they left a stain on my white duvet cover. Beyond that, the equipment they were bringing in my home did not look clean. And when I reached out to the owner to express my disappointment and notify him of the damage done, I received no response at all.

Excellent service! On time, professional and fair pricing. I am a Property Manager and having a reliable vendor is key to success. Highly recommend!

Alvin did an amazing job with our move out carpet clean! Not to mention he did our entire upstairs in under an hour! Any stains left from my dog were taken care of. Very happy!

Excellent cleaning the only hiccup was late to the appointment. I was called and notified he was running late.

Very cool guys Mathew was great was on time very helpful odor free throughout the house smells great but for being great machines and all stains were left throughout the carpet and they weren’t pet stains I would think that if a stain isn’t coming out would really try hard to get it out or let me know like hey look it’s not coming let me discount something so for the price I paid not too happy! Gonna have to go at the stains myself once more!

Jason did a great job cleaning our carpet. He told me what he would be doing every step of the way. He also provided education on how to keep clean the carpet between professional carpet cleanings. We are very pleased with the results and plan to use his company again.

I’m going to add to the many 5 star reviews here. My carpets look brand new, like I just moved in and it looks great! Honestly, for the price, I don’t know why I waited so long. They even got a huge two-year old paint stain out of the carpet.

Jason was very personable and responsive. The initial cleaning missed some spot cleaning. As soon as I reached out to Jason, he sent someone out immediately to re-do the spots and leave it well done.

Both Wes and Alvin did a great job working on a very large and stubborn stain and then cleaning the hallway and stairs wonderfully. These men were great to work with.

Great Job Alvin!! His communication and punctuality was A+. He was knowledgeable on his products and recommended a deep clean with hydrogen peroxide and WOW was he right; our carpets look and smell new!! I know who I will call next time I was carpet or upholstery cleaned! Thanks!!

Professional Carpet Care is exactly like their name implies, totally professional and did a FANTASTIC job of really cleaning my carpets, they look brand new. I have used Professional Carpet Care many times. Jason's service technicians are well trained and professional. We had stained carpets after 2 years of not cleaning them. Wes arrived on time and did an amazing job scrubbing and steam cleaning for nearly 3 hours. My old carpets look newer and fresher! Highly recommend.

Alvin was very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpet. The pet stains are gone, and the 16-year-old carpet looks almost new! We will definitely use Professional Carpet Care for our next cleaning.

I spoke to Jason, I believe the owner, initially about our needs. He offered some really amazing tips for future pet accidents. After coming back home from a weekend trip, our Westie and Scottie were with a dog sitter, they apparently got into something that made them very ill. Jason sent Alvin over to clean a large area rug. Alvin was here promptly and in & out in less than about 30 minutes. He made our rug look like new! I’m recommending him to all of our clients and friends and neighbors!

It could not have been better. They scheduled me very quickly, actually arrived early – calling me first to be sure it was OK — and finished up in about an hour. Explain to me what was going on and how to treat future stains if I have them. I highly recommend them, especially if you need something done quickly and excellently.
