Joe and Charles were awesome - friendly, thorough, asked for us to walk and see their results. Had some pet stains that other professional carpet companies had not been able to remove, but Joe and Charles either got them up or lightened them in a carpet that is over 30 years old! They were so careful and worked together so efficiently, it was hard to believe they weren't here that long! Thank you for rating them so well that I, too decided to give them a try! I will not be using ANY other carpet cleaning service from now on!

Amazing work! Matthew was an amazing tech and very personable. I had a RED lipstick stain in my room, my toddler used my lipstick to color a few months ago 😤😆. It is COMPLETELY gone. The carpets looked great when it was all complete and it was a good price for the many services we requested. Trust me I called around and compared.... I had my carpets cleaned and was concerned about a couple of places. I talked to Jason about these and assured me that he would make sure I was satisfied upon return. And, I was. He was very honest with me and recleaned places in the carpet that I had not noticed. I will definitely recommend him and definitely call him to clean each year.

Jason and his team are awesome! You always hear that it is so hard to find contractors who are responsive and show up and follow through. For that reason I am incredibly grateful that we found Jason and Professional Carpet Care! Every interaction has been above and beyond. I feel like I have a partner in the care of my home. He has provided advice on various issues and been incredibly patient with us as our timeline has changed, even rescheduling us three times because we weren't ready.
We had Jason come by in January to provide some advice about fleas we'd inherited from our new home's previous owners. :( And then Joe came by in March to clean the carpets at our new home and again today (Aug 1) to clean the carpets at our old house before we put it on the market. Joe is very personable and professional. At our new house, he even noticed that a threshold our hardwood flooring people had installed had a crack in it. Above and beyond! Thanks for the great work!

Great experience! They were on time (actually early) which was fine. Wes was very informative and friendly. The actual carpet cleaning was excellent and efficient. I was surprised that the carpet was %100 dry after 6-8 hours! The price was very reasonable for the work performed, significant cheaper than all of the other carpet cleaners with high ratings/ reviews that I contacted. First class service & excellent value!

Owner was responsive, quickly provided appropriate pricing, explanations of suggestive services, answered all questions and got us in on short notice to ensure that my house was perfect for my child's
baby shower. Technician was awesome, showed up at time scheduled, was quick and courteous throughout the process. Explained why some stains would not come out (totally our fault),and encouraged us to be more timely in utilizing available services. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and we will definitely schedule for twice yearly cleanings moving forward!

Jason and his team are outstanding. This should be your first call if you ever have any carpet cleaning needs. Customer service was excellent, as was the quality of the work performed. We had a pretty bad coffee stain on cream-colored carpet, and I was doubtful that the stain could be completely removed. Jason and team made three separate visits over the course of a couple weeks to progressively treat the stain until, after the third visit, the stain was completely gone. Not even a trace of it is left! I am simply amazed, and I cannot recommend this local, family-owned business highly enough.

Jason was able to fit me in to his schedule and did a fantastic job. Communication was excellent across every part of the process, he arrived on time as promised. He was friendly and professional and worked fast. The carpets look really great! The whole experience was top notch.

The company manager is wonderful, and the carpets appeared to be well-cleaned. My only complaint is that the technician called to tell me he was 30 minutes away, then did not show up for an hour. I don't live at the location, and waiting took out a chunk from my workday. I would have appreciated a call to let me know he was running late.
