Took off work on Thursady for an appointment from 2-6. No call and no show from the tech. I get it, things happen, called and was offered a new appointment for Saturday. Well sat here for 4 hours on Saturday and no call no show from a tech again. Called customer support and they are a joke. No response from the lovely folks at dispatch. This is unacceptable, I am a field service engineer amd when I can't make an appointment I call my customer immediately as I understand time is valuable. If yoy can't make it just let the customer know. I will be canceling my account.

ARS came out the same day I called, which was fortunate considering our heat was broken and it was freezing outside! José, our technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of our questions. I will definitely use them again in the future.

He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the system, made sure it was running efficiently, and even gave helpful tips on how to keep it in good shape between visits. I feel confident my system will run smoothly through the season. Highly recommend their maintenance service for peace of mind and long-term savings
