We have had Lee Air for many years. They come twice a year to service our unit. I called 2 days ago, got a message saying they were closed (mud afternoon) and went to an answering service. She assured me someone would call back. Here we are, 48hours later, got the same office closed message. What is going on?

I had an HVAC installed by them recently and was pleased with how quickly they got the job done. Then when we needed to run the furnace it wasn't starting, so I gave them a call this morning, and Michelle told me they were booked today, but maybe could squeeze me in. I'm glad she worked her magic with the schedule, the technician came out and got our furnace working in probably 2 minutes.
Great service, very friendly, knowledgeable techs. I'd highly recommend them. -

Gary was very professional and did an excellent job maintaining our 2 units. One of our units was recently replaced by Lee, and the other unit is over 20 years old. Each unit was given the same care, and I feel very positive that the service will keep the old and new units running.
