Anthony and Michael did an excellent job setting with the spring startup. What was most commendable was not that there were no issues, but that there were issues and they did not give up until they resolved them. I am sure another person would have patched the issue and moved on to their next appointment. They did not. They stuck with it until everything was working perfectly. It’s good to see people who have pride in their work.

We hired Greenway Irrigation because they are connected to our landscapers, Agape. That turned out to be a mistake. We had a leaking sprinkler head and a pipe that needed repair. The technician, Anthony, told us the repair kit would cost about $100. That already seemed high, but I agreed.

When the bill arrived, we were charged over $200 just for the parts. On top of that, they claimed the technician was here longer than he actually was. I reached out to their coordinator, Kim Ayscue, and got no help at all. No explanation, no accountability.

After reading more reviews, it is clear that this kind of overcharging is a regular thing for them. It is really disappointing and has made us reconsider working with Agape as well. I would strongly recommend avoiding Greenway Irrigation unless you want to be overcharged and ignored.

Nava came to evaluate the reason part of our lawn was always soggy. He reasoned that it was the HVAC drain, along with the house gutter rain. He designed & installed a French drain from the unit to a dry location in the back yard. Three months onward, his idea and installation was correct and the previous “soggy area” is no more. He did a super job!

Excellent irrigation repair by Anthony. Communicated clearly and often, fixed the problem expertly and left the yard neat. Would highly recommend this company for irrigation work.

Greenway irrigation did an amazing job of both installing my irrigation system last year and fixing all issues as part of bring up this year. In particular, Luis went out of his way and stayed late to ensure that every single part of the system work working as designed. Our grass is the greenest it has ever been in my entire time living in North Carolina.

I wanted to thank Luis for setting my backhoe up and getting my system running again. Luis is the kind professional that everyone loves, he is about the business of his work, however, he is sensitive to the concerns of his clients. I really appreciated his caring attitude. I would definitely be calling him back again!!!

I had been a loyal customer of Agape/Greenway since 2016 and was always very satisfied with their work. That trust was the reason I didn’t even consider another company when it came time for a new irrigation system. Unfortunately, this project has been a nightmare.

From the start, the system ran at 110 PSI before a pressure-reducing valve was installed. Soon after, Zone 1 failed and multiple spray heads had to be replaced due to debris. By midsummer, a large, soaked area appeared in my front yard. Despite repeated visits, I received contradictory explanations — first it was “just drainage,” then valves were replaced, then a leak was suspected. Weeks later, the yard is still not dry, the ground has sunk, and the area smells and attracts flies.

A leak detector finally found a leak right in front of the backflow, before he could even check the rest of the system or the still-soaked front yard. Now it is Labor Day weekend, and after months of repeated visits, contradictory explanations, and incomplete fixes, there is still no end in sight - all while the system is still under warranty.

Louis came by today for our quarterly irrigation system inspection. He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to show me how to operate our system and transfer ownership from the prior homeowner. Thank you, Louis!

Anthony is an expert! He fixed our sprinkler head with no trouble. And he’s personable and professional! What a wonderful representative for Greenway! We would have Anthony return without hesitation. We are fans. Someone in charge at Greenway should recognize him for his talents, professionalism and customer service skills. Thank you.

He called me after evaluating my irrigation system and alerted me to 2 broken sprinkler heads. He clearly stated my options. I was highly satisfied with the service I received. I wanted to share the outstanding experience I had with Anthony and Michael. They came out to start up our system for the new year, we installed the system in the fall and had a short run before we shut it down for the winter. The guys came out and got the project started but ran out of daylight. They explained the situation and left things in a safe manner and came out as quickly as they could. On the second visit they did an outstanding job setting things up, answering my questions and leaving me ready for the summer ahead. This team was awesome, they cared a great deal about the quality of the work and enduring I was happy and fully understood all that they had done and what I needed to do going forward. This company and this crew are super to work with. I give them the highest rating possible.

I love Agape and Greenway Irrigation Company. They came out and set me up with a French drain and repaired an existing drain. They also added landscape beds. It looks beautiful. The crew was fantastic. They worked like beavers in very challenging heat and sun. They are now my go to company for landscaping and irrigation needs. I highly recommend this company. Ricardo and crew were very professional.

Greenway Irrigation did an amazing job on my irrigation system. The system hadn't been used in years due to previous owners but Anthony was incredibly knowledgable, polite and professional and confirmed it was certainly still usable. He walked through the setup and process one thing at a time and provided clear instructions on what repairs were needed and did his work very efficiently. Anthony from Greenway Irrigation is the BEST service person I have ever worked with. Yesterday, after a long and very HOT day, he arrived at just after 6PM.

I never thought he would even attempt to work on my leaking system. He just gave me a smile and said "let's take a look".

After two long and hot hours, my leak was fixed, water back on and Irrigation system back up and running.

I would certainly recommend Greenway to anyone who asked. And if it's Anthony who shows up, you'll be more than happy.

Louis has been helping trouble shoot issues with my irrigation system and really thought about all options for me. He is knowledgeable and patient. He is great to work with!

They installed a brand new irrigation system for my 10k sqft property. This company is a great balance of expertise and fair price. They aren't the cheapest, but not overpriced like others. They do know all steps of the process with the city and to get install on time. Kim (irrigation manager) was always very responsive via email to any of my requests, and Joel who led onsite work was very client oriented and handled all my questions & requests better than I expected! I'm a picky customer and I'm very satisfied with the work this company accomplished on this large complex project. Mental note to homeowners - damage to your turf would be more significant than what you think it is.

Anthony did an outstanding job installing a new zone for our irrigation system as well as a new pump. His work ethic was truly impressive—he showed up on time, stayed focused, and made sure everything was done right.
