Excellent customer service. Would recommend this company.

Our previous contractor plumbed the kitchen sink during an addition to our house; we continued to have leaking from the P-trap nut that could not be controlled. Dickson came to service and explained that it was mechanically incorrect and missing some elements. He had to replumb and add a vent to it which involved opening the wall. I also have 3 external spigots that were in disrepair (one had a split in the stem). He walked us through each of the repairs and explained everything as he went. He was punctual, professional, and polite. Great experience and customer service. We have already booked our next service job and will be using him for our 2 rentals as well!

Richard Dickson is definitely and highly recommended for any type of plumbing repairs. He communicates very clearly and efficiently with us via all texting and answering questions.

Inspected the drain field using a camera through all the lines. Found one place where the line had collapsed. Pinpointed exactly where the problem was so we could dig it up and make the repair without searching for it. They used the hydro jetter to clean all the lines and did a great job! excellent service with all the technology to figure out what the issues are quickly. I will definitely recommend them.

This is my third review of Dickson Plumbing, and again, had a great experience. Richard and Sam arrived first thing in the morning to fix water seepage at a connection on my newly installed HALO Water Treatment System.

I reached out to them on Thursday evening, December 22nd, and they arrived the next morning to complete my repair. The seepage issue was caused by a pinched o-ring, which they replaced.

As usual, their service is top notch, always responsive to my questions, professional and humble. They leave their work area clean and tidy.

They were on time, troubleshot and completed the repair quickly, and were extremely professional. After an improper installation (by another company) caused my water heater to stop working, they had it up and running in 20 minutes. I’d recommend Dickson to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Thank you so much for all of your help!!! Mr. Dickson was extremely responsive to my call and arrived at my home in Elizabeth City 45 minutes after I called him. Once he determined there may be a collapsed main on the city’s side of the line he waited with me until the city arrived to investigate from 5 to 7 pm. I will definitely be using him for many future plumbing projects as I renovate my older home. Very nice and extremely professional!
