Cleanest, most professional job we’ve ever seen done. Installers were great and very knowledgeable of their product. Very pleased with it all!

Friendly. Needed two toilets set and was very, very expensive. Should have requested a quote prior but had no idea it would cost $600.00 for 1 hours worth of work.

Richard did a great job installing a new water heater for us. He was friendly and professional. After we called in the morning, he arrived a few hours later.

Very friendly, experts. I’m definitely keeping them on speed dial! Disclaimer, Make sure there is a problem before you ask any service provider to come. The water hose backed itself out I noticed this before the technician and was still charged $144 for zero work and no plumbing services. Just be mindful. Business is business and I understand being paid for being called. I wouldn't do this to my paying customers but I understand, I called I pay.

The Work was outstanding. The job required them to remove sheet rock to access the pipes. They replaced the spigot, installed an access panel and were done in about an hour. The work appears flawless.

I appreciate your excellent service and want to thank you for your patience with me paying at the rate that I could afford.

Arrived on time. Very friendly and courteous. Got my clogged kitchen sink fixed in less than an hour. Extremely satisfied with the service. Definitely could call them in the future if anything else goes wrong.

I read the reviews before calling Dickson for repairs I needed. I was set up with a time a tech would be by, tech showed up could NOT find a leak on either of the toilets that I requested service on replaced a $5 flapper and charged me $165 ..... SMH...and now three days later the toilet is still running

Nothing but good things to say about this company. They did amazing plumbing work, gas work, and had great communication throughout the whole process. So thankful I found them.

We had them come out to run new plumbing lines and install new plumbing fixtures, and for that they were great! 5 stars for plumbing. For gas though, they left us in a very dangerous situation. We bought a stove that we were told would arrive as propane. They ran the gas lines and hooked it up. The flames were too low to cook on so they came back out and added a regulator to my tank (now have 2) and the flames were yellow and too high. It put soot all over all of my pots and pans, melted the paint off of the wall behind our stove, soot all over the inside of the oven... I thought it was a manufacturer defect so I was gonna return it at Lowe's but then we got a few REALLY cold days and snow
Both times that happened the gas heat stopped working enough to heat the house (it got to 54 inside when set at 70). I called our gas company and they sent a gas tech out. He said he has never seen a set up like we have by the gas bottle. We apparently don't have proper fittings and enough regulators to run a restaurant. I asked him to look at the stove while he was there, so after adding methane to the tank to keep the regulators from sticking, he came in. He said all new stoves come as natural gas (I didn't know that and neither did the Dixon Plumbing which is concerning) and that I needed the propane orifices for the stove, which apparently Lowe's didn't send (my next review). He told me how to figure out what to order and I called my gas company back when the orifices arrived. That gas tech (different tech from the first, so now we have 2 opinions) said cooking with the wrong orifices was extremely dangerous (fire, carbon monoxide poisoning, burn risk). He swapped out the orifices and then I told him that we've had another cold day since the methane was added and had to pour hot water on our regulators again to get them unstuck and the heat working again. He added more methane and said if it happens again to call because they may have to come out to fix the mess that Dixon made of our gas line and hook up at the tank. So all of our gas plumbing dollars were wasted. When I contacted Dixon about this, 🦗🦗🦗
Bottom line: water plumbing YES. Gas plumbing NO.
