I so enjoyed the services Mr Steve shared as he worked on my appliance. He was thorough and shared info on my appliance. He left his card and offered additional help if I needed anything. He left his card. I would suggest as an incentive Gor returning clients that discounts or rewards could be offered. Thanks for your services

They might be able to fix appliances, but good luck trying to get them to service a Warranty Job.

They take the money from warranty company, but prioritize your work and appliance very low.

Originally given a Thursday appointment from warranty company, they called and cancelled Wednesday, and rescheduled for Monday. Then called Monday morning saying we cancelled, and forwarded an email from Frigidaire who canceled, not us, but no one told us. No we are waiting till Friday.

Donna the office manager was very easy to tell us that is just the way it is and they work for Warranty company and not us.

My entire experience with Hometown Appliance Repair and Casey was wonderful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service. On time and very courteous. They stayed in contact with me and made sure that I knew everything that was going on with the repair of my dishwasher. When the part came in they came out and put it on quickly. The technician was super nice and got it fixed very quickly.

Our rental space's fridge and freezer had not cooled since April 2025. The technician came in June and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned to fix the problem. The service was done in a timely and professional matter. I was so thankful!!! Also, I really appreciate the follow-up call from the company to check to see if the appliance was continuing to work. So far, so good!

Every time Steve came by to check out an appliance, he was quick, he was efficient and he was professional. I have never had to work with an appliance repair company before, so this experience was up great. He shared with me the details of the issue. How to get it fixed and i appreciate that, and if and when I own my own home, i will use them in the future. Great job, Great experience.

Both Hometown Appliance and technician Casey were great. From the call in to the diagnostic on our refrigerator to the repair, customer service was top notch and everything was done quicker than expected. They even checked in afterward. We were very impressed. We highly recommend this company.

Technician showed up on time and had the part on hard to complete the repair. Warranty work so I'm not sure of the price.

The service was great from the first phone call to the final repair. I've used this company a couple of times now and ALL the employees have been a pleasure to work with and/or speak to. Customer service like that will keep clients returning. And Steve, OMG, he first came to my home (for the same washer) when he was with a different company. He was a pleasure then and still is with his position now. He was very informative and explained everything he did, had to do, or was going to do. I very much appreciated the respect he showed me and especially my wife. Thank you Steve.

Casey was awesome; he was very professional and I was highly satisfied with his work.. he not only repaired my part that was damaged but he also made sure my refrigerator was working properly before he left! I would highly recommend you guys for any of my repairs especially if Casey is my technician!

Was the first time I had used Hometown Appliance I am extremely satisfied with the service from booking our appointments Hannah was very helpful and polite. Steve the Tech that came out and solved the problem was professional he found the problem with our LG Washer, ordered the part & repaired. They showed up on time for both appointments and was extremely fair with their prices. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again. It's a breathe of fresh air to have a company and its workers care about their clients, be professional and respectful, do a great job and not over charge and take advantage!!! The technical was very professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the parts from his phone. Worked diligently and left the area clean as it was. Would recommend them.

Hometown Appliance was great to work with. They kept me up to date on when they were arriving. They resolved my issue and they were very friendly.

I had a lot of trouble getting something scheduled inside the parameters of my warranty. It required a couple of months waiting time for the appointment and then no word no word no word, and then finally I figured out that I could do it online myself but then I had to wait for Electrolux to call me back so they can call you again to make it as complicated as humanly possible to use your warranty to fix a refrigerator that you just bought a few months before! Of course that isn't really the fault of Hometown Appliance Repair. They were as much a victim as I. The gentleman that Hometown Appliance Repair was finally able to send out was very nice and despite my significant problem getting an appointment with hometown repair, was very professional. He came in, fixed the problem, and got right back out of our hair. He made it easy to forget about the trouble I had getting the visit scheduled. Great service! 💯

I was very satisfied with Hometown Appliance who did the repair to my washer. They were extremely professional; their repairmen were very qualified and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. Their customer service girls Olivia and Hanna were very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the procedures and very kind and considerate to this old lady. Hometown Appliance is a top-notch appliance repair company who knows what has to be done to fix the problem. A five-star rating from this old lady. What I did not like was Lowe's Customer service in the Philippines. I could not understand their version of the English language!

If anyone should need appliance repair or evaluation about any appliance you may be concerned about. Hometown Appliance Repair is the company to call, they are prompt, courteous, kind, and proficient. I needed my washer repaired, called them one day & the very next day they were on their way to my home, Jorge & Ethan. Jorge knew exactly what the issue was, went to work on my washer and "lickdy-split" my washing machine was back up and running again. Ethan seemed to be training with Jorge, if so, he will certainly be just as great a appliance repair man as Jorge is. This company is #1 in my book and I will not hesitate to call on them if I should ever need an appliance repaired again👍👍

Steve arrived earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. His work was efficient and certainly effective. He demonstrated knowledge of the problem as well as a solution. Steve and Ethan I believe was the other technician’s name had everything cleaned up and working again within an hour. The service was quick and a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing problems with their appliances.

Very professional, came in and quickly identified the issue, explained what was wrong in clear easy to understand terms and had the necessary part on the truck and fixed in one visit. If i need appliance repair, I know who i am going to call.

Jorge came and knew immediately what the issue was with our dryer and despite having to take it apart to fix it I think he could do this with his eyes closed. He was awesome and very knowledgeable! We are so pleased with the next day appointment and the amazing service.
