They might be able to fix appliances, but good luck trying to get them to service a Warranty Job. They take the money from warranty company, but prioritize your work and appliance very low. Originally given a Thursday appointment from warranty company, they called and cancelled Wednesday, and rescheduled for Monday. Then called Monday morning saying we cancelled, and forwarded an email from Frigidaire who canceled, not us, but no one told us. No we are waiting till Friday. Donna the office manager was very easy to tell us that is just the way it is and they work for Warranty company and not us.

Excellent service. On time and very courteous. They stayed in contact with me and made sure that I knew everything that was going on with the repair of my dishwasher. When the part came in they came out and put it on quickly. The technician was super nice and got it fixed very quickly.

Our rental space's fridge and freezer had not cooled since April 2025. The technician came in June and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned to fix the problem. The service was done in a timely and professional matter. I was so thankful!!! Also, I really appreciate the follow-up call from the company to check to see if the appliance was continuing to work. So far, so good!

Every time Steve came by to check out an appliance, he was quick, he was efficient and he was professional. I have never had to work with an appliance repair company before, so this experience was up great. He shared with me the details of the issue. How to get it fixed and i appreciate that, and if and when I own my own home, i will use them in the future. Great job, Great experience.
