Their communication is just awful. I made a claim through Lowe’s for my refrigerator. When making the claim I was able to schedule a time for A technician to come look at it. They called me 2 days before my appointment and tell me they can’t come that day. So they “scheduled” me for the next Friday. But the person I was speaking to couldn’t give a time (not even like morning or afternoon) just said they would call me when they had a route for the technician. I called several times during the week before the appointment to figure out when someone would be at my house so I could make sure someone would be home and they still told me they didn’t have a time yet. It wasn’t until I called FRIDAY MORNING that they finally told me the technician would be there any time from 1 PM to 5 PM that day. It’s unprofessional to leave a customer in the dark about when someone will be showing up to their home. Also if I had not contacted them I doubt they ever would’ve told me even the day of.

Came to fix one problem on my washer and created a whole new problem and then would not fix it.

Jorge came and fixed my washer. He done it in a timely manner and made sure everything was right before he left. He was polite, and explained everything. This was my first time using this company but it will not be my last.

Had my computer board go out when washer was under extended Lowe's Warranty. Jorge came and checked it. He was extremely friendly and professional. Came back a week later and replaced the part. Excellent job Jorge and Hometown Appliance! I highly recommend this company and Jorge! I am 100% satisfied!
