I have had Riverstone perform a remodel to both my kitchen and to the master bathroom. They have done a great job. They are professional, friendly, up front on the pricing, not hitting you with tons of hidden costs, and walk you through every step of the process. I will be using them again as I have many more projects that need to be completed and highly recommend giving them a shot.

We had a wonderful experience with our home remodel. Kitchen, half bath, laundry, master bedroom, master bath, master closet were all part to the remodel. Took the home from a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (Jack & Jill bathroom between the 2 bedrooms on the main floor with laundry in the hallway closet), to a master bedroom, master bath, master closet. Put the laundry and half bath in a room off the hallway. This tool the hallway doors from 5 to 2. Turned the kitchen, dining and living room into open concept. Jassan and his crew listened to our wants and when the job was complete, it was everything we ever dreamed of. Excellent job!

Riverstone performed a great job repairing my damaged 60 year old brick home, so close to original condition you can’t tell it’s been fixed.
They were very professional, easy to work with, very responsive returning every call, prices were reasonable.but the most important part was the top notch workmanship.

Great company and staff. Danielle and Jassan were really easy to work with. I got my estimates and consultation within 48 hrs of the initial appointment to see the damages of my roof. Juan and his roofing team did an amazing job on our new Driftwood colored roof. They started a day late, but had the roof done in less than 2 days. They left the work site immaculately cleaned as if they were never there. I will use Riverstone for all my future construction needs.

Riverstone Construction LLC: A Nightmare You Want to Avoid!

I am absolutely LIVID with Riverstone Construction LLC. What started as a home improvement project turned into a NIGHTMARE, leaving my family financially devastated and emotionally drained! They are a company that clearly has no respect for their clients or their own contracts.

Let me break down the absolute incompetence and disregard we suffered through:

PROPERTY DAMAGE GALORE! Not only did they mishandle our appliances, causing damage, but while they were supposedly "fixing" a water leak, they managed to cause even more property damage! Their insurer's pathetic offer barely scratched the surface of what they ruined, and their "professional standards of care" are a JOKE when it comes to our belongings!

WHERE'S THE CHANGE ORDER?! We mutually agreed to material changes, but Riverstone REFUSED to provide a formal change order for THREE MONTHS despite our constant nagging! This isn't just a minor oversight; it's a blatant breach of contract that completely messed up the project's costs and scope!

STAIRS ARE A SHAMBLES! They ordered and installed stair components with the WRONG DESIGN! They couldn't even bother to get our approval, which the contract CLEARLY states is required!

HARDWOOD FLOORS RUINED! They installed our brand new hardwood floors LESS THAN 24 HOURS after delivery! That's a direct violation of the manufacturer's 72-hour acclimation period! We TOLD them to wait, but did they listen? NO! This is pure negligence and a breach of contract!

THIEVES AND LIARS WITH THE DRAWS! They tried to force us into a new project phase and demanded a draw payment WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT! And a formal invoice for Draw 3? Only after we got lawyers involved! Their initial payment demands were an outrageous rip-off compared to their "standard" practices – this is BAD FAITH negotiations, plain and simple!

THEY DON"T UNDERSTAND DESIGN! They COMPLETELY misrepresented our project to Tyndall Engineering, leading to a useless report that we PAID FOR! And now Tyndall won't even talk to us because Riverstone placed the order! This is a total failure to provide necessary services and a breach of contract!

We tried, time and time again, to resolve these issues directly with Riverstone, but they just ignored us! Their actions have caused significant financial hardship and forced us to live in a construction zone with our four school-aged children, incurring massive extra expenses for living, boarding animals, and storage!

They OWE US money – over $32,000 in overpayments alone!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND AVOID RIVERSTONE CONSTRUCTION LLC AT ALL COSTS! YOU'LL REGRET IT!

I had a continuous roof leak around my chimney that other roofers had looked at, made repairs but still did not stop the leak. Some said I needed a new roof. The owner of Riverstone personally came by himself and did a leak test with a hose and found that the chimney cap was leaking. (All the others said the leak couldn’t possibly be coming from there. Within 2 days he had the cap replaced and the leaks stopped for good. It has been 6 months with multiple rain events and no leaks. The fee was very reasonable. The customer care was first class!

Accurate, Efficient, Informative, and Honesty is the Best way to describe Riverstone Construction! Riverstone is the best company in town for home improvement and new builds. My wife and I had a remodel in our home and we couldn't be more satisfied with the work done. The communication was spot on during the process. Riverstone Construction made sure that everything was taken care of. I highly recommended anyone to RSC.

Fantastic porch installation! Took some time to actually install, but it was well worth the wait. They even built part of the porch by hand when supplier didn’t bring some components. End result turned out better than the original design. Definitely recommend this crew!

Kept having to call them for a estimate. After week three I had to call them about four times in one day to be told that I was not going to be given a estimate. They said because I have marijuana on my counter. I am in the military service. I know for sure that there was nothing like that. It would not have been a problem if they did not wait three weeks to tell me.
