Fayetteville NC BMS CAT is a great restoration company. My home had water damage due to a cracked water line. The damage area included both upstairs bathrooms, downstairs bathroom, laundry room, closet and flooring in the den. My insurance contacted BMS CAT and they were at my home within 1 hour. The operations manager Carlos Davila showed up and did an outstanding damage assessment inspection. Moisture readings, photo's of the damage areas. Carlos informed me of the details and what would take place next. The next day Carlos showed up with the Water Mitigation team, Lead Anthony, Chrissy, Denise, Destiny and Mert, came in assess the damaged areas and split up in two teams. The Ladies were upstairs the Men were downstairs. Both teams removed toilets vanities, plumbing lines, drywall, the flooring was stripped down to the subfloor. In the Den they put up a plastic barrier to protect the undamaged area and furniture. I was blown away of the attention to detail in removing lower dry wall sections and flooring. Once removal was complete they brought in the heavy equipment, dehumidifier and air movers and placed them in the precise location to dry out the affected area completely. My wife and I were truly in awe of how polite, and profession this team is. I will definitely recommend BMS CAT for their services. The best in Fayetteville North Carolina.

Scammers. Offered a free estimate then tried to charge $194 for an "inspection" when I received the estimate. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this company.

I used this company for damages on my home and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the management team. There was great communication the entire time, from start to finish. They work very quickly and effectively. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!!

Highland Construction, BMS CAT, actually owes me money. I left a review on the other locations Google review and encourage everyone to read ALL the horrible reviews. They cashed my deductible check BEFORE they even had their estimates into to USAA. I decided not to use them, asked for the money back and was told they used the money for emergency tarping. They invoiced USAA AND took my money! The best thing is, they used MY tarp!!!! Charged me almost $700! I didn't go with this company for my roof because they DEMANDED half up front for the roof, almost $20,000. Now I'm just trying to get $300 back. It's not much, but it's the principal. It's not about service or work, it's just about money. The good Google reviews on the other site were posted by people who work there.

Worked with Greg McCall for restoration on a newly purchased "as is" property. Mr. McCall and his team were dedicated to assisting with meeting my needs in a timely, organized, affordable fashion! When you go through something as tragic as a house fire, you're hoping you will be dealing with professionals who will get you back into your home as soon as possible. Every time I think of how dedicated they were to us and restoring our family home, I want to cry, and I cannot thank them enough!!!! Every single member on their team became my best friend! They worked weekends and late hours so that we could get back into our home before Thanksgiving, and it was the best Thanksgiving EVER!! Why should you wait a year or more to get back into your home? BMS-CAT will get you back into your home sooner than any other restoration team, trust me! And they do it with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I cannot sing their praises enough! All I can say is this...at a very tough time in our lives, BMS-CAT and their team of experts gave us back our home, even better than it was before, and we are forever grateful.

I had just picked up my grand baby when I came up to a stop sign and there was a barn hill pick up truck sitting at the stop sign when I arrived. I could see that he was looking down at something and I figured he didn’t know someone was behind him so I tooted the horn and he looked in the rear view mirror and flipped me off. I was not trying to be mean I just thought maybe he didn’t know someone was behind him. I did take a picture of the truck and of the license plate because he thought it was funny to sit instead of pulling out on to 24.

Thanks Barnhill Contracting Company for recently paving our neighborhood. You left piles of grass, rocks, asphalt and debris in our yards. I just spent my Saturday morning cleaning up your mess, not to mention my elderly neighbors that are not capable. It amazes me that a business can be so successful while doing such poor work.

Up front - I've never done business with this company, however, I have witnessed their employees driving recklessly on 295 in traffic (excessive speed, weaving in and out of traffic, extreme tailgating, all while holding a phone to their ear, etc).

Recommend finding a contractor that isn't a public hazard.

Wednesday, 3/30/22, at 9AM this company was paving Blacks Bridge road. They had workers on each side of blacks bridge and a worker in front of the steeplechase neighborhood directing traffic because there was only one lane. So total of 3 employees. The gentleman manning the steeplechase entrance turned the sign to slow and as I started to go he quickly turned it back to stop and had the audacity to scream and holler at me like I had done something wrong. I only went because he directed me to with the sign.. this employee either seems to be just twirling the sign around and not paying attention or not having any type of communication with the other two employees directing traffic from the other ends of black bridge road. This was very unprofessional of him to scream and holler at me, but also a huge safety concern because if he would’ve continued to leave that sign on slow, not only I could’ve been in a wreck, but someone else could’ve too. When work is being done in the roads, people look to the workers to ensure the safety of the community by safely directing traffic when it’s down to one lane, etc. This gentleman failed to do so. These workers need more training or better communication between their other employees.

Phenomenal roofing company. I use them as a subcontractor for repairs and replacements. The work is always top notch!! Highly recommend!!
