Constant no shows. Doesn't return phone calls. Full of excuses of why they didn't show or why they're not available. Horrible experience. Admittedly the pool was eventually erected but the experience was the worst.

Great people, great workmanship. Can't go wrong with honest people. Definitely call them for your pool and deck.

From the time I called them about my pool from hallmark into the time they install my pool there were great and so is there work they are a good pool service.

Since 2017, we’ve been using Mako Pool Service for the Maintenance per Recommendation of Hallmark Pools & SPA. On Feb 17, 2020, was another great service from to them they had to change the pool liner and sand. Steve and Jennifer they make sure that the quality of work is A+, They are on the job site to make sure that is done correctly the first time, the communication with the customer and answering question is also A+, they have a great crew that came to our house and was very courteous, professional and very customer oriented, also their crew made sure that the job site was cleaned up.
