Not only do the new gutters look great , they cleaned up the entire work site, they fixed my brick edging and put back all of the rubber mulch in the beds around our house. Chris, Omar and JJ did an amazing job on my gutters. I used to have water damaging my windows, flowerbeds and even my doorframes but since I’ve had my gutters everything has stayed a lot more dry. Overall very happy with the work and the crew was great!

We would just like to start by saying that, by far Hallmark is the best company when it comes to prices, pool education, and all around professional service. Every step of the way starting with sitting down in the store with Mark as he explained the ends and outs of building a pool, to being at home watching, and being a part of the process with David and his pool builders was an awesome experience!!! what my wife and I really love the most is the fact that this is a family ran and operated business, so every time you go into the store they go out of their way to make you feel like family too no matter how busy they are with other clients! I will definitely continue to do business with them, and suggest them to anyone we know that is looking to add a pool, spa, or billiards to their home!

I have always received professional and courteous service at Hallmark Spa and Pools. I take make my water sample in and they tell me exactly what I need to make my water blue and crystal clear. The owners live and raise family here in Fayetteville and they work very hard to make sure we are taken care of and I have never had a problem. I would recommend Hallmark to all my family and friends.

This is my second Hot Springs Spa, the first of which I purchased in the mountains of North Carolina about 9 years ago and have enjoyed thoroughly. We decided to get another tub for our full time residence and purchased it from Hallmark Spas in Fayetteville. After deliberating on whether I should get a Prodigy like the one I have in the mountains, the sales person at Hallmark talked me into getting the Grandee. We have had some leaking issues in the past three years but after a long conversation with the owner of Hallmark Spas, I have was assured that my tub would be thoroughly checked and repaired to like new condition. The crew from Hallmark came down with their truck, picked up my tub, fixed it like new, brought it back, set it back up, and made sure all was to my complete satisfaction. They even included a new set of cushions because mine were slightly discolored. Thanks for all the extra effort!!

This is a family run business with a very wide selection of shopping opportunities from pool tables to pools and spas and everything in between. From the moment of my first visit to them I was and continue to be treated with the highest level of respect and always feel like when I am being helped that I am the only person in the whole store. Mark and Sheila will bend over backwards for you, showing you step by step how to care for your pool and the best products to use in your pool. I visited many other businesses here in Fayetteville when I was looking for a pool but when I walked through the doors of Hallmark I knew this is where I was going to do business. What an AWESOME bunch of people working there and very professional in all they do. They have my loyalty as long as I am here and they deserve your business as well. Favorite pool store hands down. Very military friendly. I bought a pool vacuum in 2014 from them. After spending a year up by Water Reed, I came home to a pool vacuum that no longer worked and it was 8 months out of warranty. They were hell bent on helping me. The solution ended up being them talking to Hayward and explaining the situation and Hayward agreeing to the warranty work.
