Dion and Jackson did a ton of work getting the mitigation done. They were very polite and explained every step as they went.
They moved appliances and took out cabinets and took up the floor and the underlay.
Set up commercial dehumidifiers and removed all the wet insulation from the crawl space and set up a dehumidifier down there.

This review is for the initial visit from SERVPRO to look at water damage caused by a plumbing leak. We plan to use this company to handle mitigation and repairs. (Execution of the work has not happened yet.) Eric and Jorian came out, and in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner conducted their assessment. They were thorough and knowledgeable - able to answer my questions. So far so good!
