I cannot say enough amazing things about 911 Restoration. I had not one, but two water damages and Jason and his guys were on it immediately and helped get everything cleaned up quickly and efficiently, they know exactly what they're doing. Ryan the owner helped everything go so smoothly for me when it came to the finance end of things. Phil the contractor put my house back together and he's exactly what you want in a contractor, he believes in doing the job right and doing it well. Phil tried really hard to meet the deadline I asked for and he met it right on the nose. I would call them in an instant if I ever need anything like this again.

911 Restoration is an efficient and responsive company. I made the mistake of taking on a plumbing issue (and I live on the 2nd floor - never again), and caused some minor water damage to the unit below. Jason came the morning after the phone call was made. Shortly after Jason did the initial assessment, the crew arrived and they were fast to remove the damaged portion.
Lesley is also incredibly helpful at the office. She forwarded documents needed to my insurance company, then forwarded them to me because they stated they hadn’t received said documents yet.
Highly recommend this company if you’ve had any water damage, they’re all friendly, helpful, and efficient!

This company was amazing! From start to finish, everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with my questions and concerns. Jason, Tommy and Ryan were a pleasure to work with. I They had to tear out my floor and remove my kitchen cabinets, counter, etc., and they did so without damaging anything and left the place neat and clean. I was truly amazed. They worked closely with my insurance company and got the job done. I would definitely recommend this company!

911 Restoration was a company that was in higher to do a remodeling job in one of the properties that I own.
Anyone that has ever been involved with remodeling, insurance companies, and expected completion dates.....well a lot of the time things don't go according to plans.
Nick was one of the gentleman that I dealt with directly. When things were going left, Nick was there to face the problem head on. I have nothing but respect for him, he's the type of foreman you want to have on your side.
Everyone that I had a conversation with from 911 Restoration, were professional and never hesitate to take the time to slow down and explain things.

The staff from the receptionist to the workers were friendly. 911 restoration came out to access the problem, came up with a solution to the problem, and charged me a fair price. I was very pleased with my experience with 911 Restoration. The initial consultation with Jason was very thorough. He explained everything step by step. When I called confirming i wanted to go forward they came out the next day! I was mind blown! My entire repair only took a week and a half. Jason and the crew were so nice and courteous. They kept me informed through the whole process. After having a terrible experience with another company this was so refreshing and reaffirming. I would use them a million times over again.

I had heavy smoke damage in my home, upstairs and down. I contacted the company was contacted on a Saturday afternoon. The following Monday the company was at my home to give me estimates of the job. The contractors worked every day besides Sundays to get the job done quickly to get me back into my home as soon as possible. I would absolutely suggest this company to anyone.

Experienced phenomenal service from 911 both in terms of communication and work performed! They helped us manage a big mold remediation project on our flooded home while we were living several states away. Ryan Strickland especially went above and beyond to make sure we passed testing with flying colors, even when the process took longer than expected. He has integrity, was patient and professional and clearly cared about getting the job done well. I hope we never again have to deal with flooding but for those who might be in need, I highly recommend 911 Restoration of Fayetteville.

My experience with 911 Restoration was excellent. I am a contractor myself. However, I do not have the necessary equipment to do water damage and mold mitigation. They got here quickly. They handled the insurance adjuster( who was nothing short of lazy and incompetent ) , and they did their end of the project professionally. I took the project from there, through completion, as agreed upon from the beginning. I would not hesitate to use them again, or refer them to others ( which I have done ).

They explained everything to me with the process from dealing with mortgage company and insurance adjusters. They walked me through everything and did an amazing job to my home! The best restoration team in Fayetteville! I am relieved that my house is back to normal thanks to Ryan. He came out on a call to fix some damage from a leak late at night while it was freezing. Wow! All I can say is that from start to finish I didn't have to worry. I was always given clear communication throughout the whole process, and I am impressed with the water removal and repairs done on my property.
