After finding a leaking pipe under our house, we did not hesitate to call 911 restoration to take care of the situation since they did a great job for us a few years ago on another issue. They responded quickly and gave us constant updates on the drying status along with pictures so we could see how things were progressing. Their crew members were courteous and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with their services from both times that they have helped us.

Each person that entered our home, from 911 Restoration, was professional, courteous and hardworking. I felt like they had as much respect for our home as we did—very trustworthy! They worked quickly and kept us informed of everything they were doing, why they were doing it and what to expect, next, in the process. After coming home from being out of town on business to discover my dishwasher had flooded my kitchen resulting in mold covering my cabinets, my first call was 911 Restoration. Colby was an absolute professional and quickly answered every question I had. He kept me informed every step of the way and did an amazing job with the mold remediation.

My husband is deployed, so I have been handling our water damage situation alone, and have been able to communicate directly with several members of the team, have received documentation or correspondence for every issue (even small ones), and have been able to trust them to contact my insurance company on several occasions to resolve issues and provide support. I can't say enough positive things about this company. I have had direct contact with Cody, Devon, James, Nick and Cain, and I would like to thank each of them for the role they have played in assisting us- your willingness to help is very much appreciated.

My experience was amazing. From the time I called to the end of the mold project completed. Their spray product was the best it was gentle and it did not smell bad. I was able to sleep at my home that same day it was done. That staff at 911 were so helpful and so kind. I was dealing with black mold in my kitchen ceiling and they took care of everything for me quickly and efficiently which was so important as my daughter and I were unable to live in the house. I was really struggling with what to do because I was screwed over by a different company before calling 911 and they took the time to just hear me out and answer all of the questions I had. Be AWARE - 911 Restoration is SUSPENDED - Unauthorized to do business!

Organized criminal activities that will put your in jeopardy. They will say anything to get your business but will not follow-through. They are more concerned with a pay out and will do anything to
gain access to your insurance carrier , attempt to leave you out and will not complete the job.

A pipe burst in our home at a very critical time. Our plumber (Who was amazing) asked us to search immediiately for a restoration company to mitigate. The plumber stayed with me , we called around and searched google based on reviews. A gentleman came out and was very supportive, another gentleman joined him. The first few days the communication was good. I was told the products would be removed and a repair estimate would be provided to get this matter resolved.

The company never came to remove the product and the contact never returned my call or reached out. Another person was given access to my home without my knowledge, contacted me and came two days later. I never heard from the original person again. They charged nearly $5100.00 for some fans and to remove a small section of sheetrock.

A lady begin calling demanding money and saying all the contacts she has and how she was going to handle my claim. I was taken back because I had not had an update or any courtesy since the first day or two.

Beware these people are scammers and do not have your best interest at heart. The seem to be concerned with running up a tab and ripping off your insurance than making sure repairs were made and things were done in a manner of excellence! I am highly disappointed ... and am filing appropriate documentation due to the damage they have caused!

These guys are very professional. I can't say anything negative. Being a Maintenance Electrician for a well know food company, I have seen my share of contractors over the past 30+ yrs. These guys rank high my top 5 for professionalism and promptness. They took everything out and boxed it up. They put up a barrier and drying equipment all in one day. After they were done. They cleaned up behind themselves and got the site ready for the next phase. I can't wait to see what the finished product will look like. Will post pictures after project is done. Thanks 911.

I had a severe water leak on the 2nd level of my home that made its way to the 1st level of the house. Colby and his crew were on site at the drop of a dime. They were mitigating the water damage faster than the plumber could fix the water leak. Very professional group of guys backed by Colby’s leadership and knowledge you couldn’t ask for a better company to call to handle business for you. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services. Best part of their company is they also do repairs unlike other companies, makes the process a lot smoother.

I have a short story to tell, I went in my small closet to do some spring cleaning before spring. As I was pulling items out the closet I noticed a black spot on the bottom of the wall With little spots around it. My husband call 911 Restoration company for the job.
