Had called them to do our upstairs floor , and parts of our ceiling downstairs and repainted the entire ceiling along with the other area that was damage !

They were fast and efficient , and Isaac was a great help and made everything go smoothly !

I have had two great experiences with RestorePro. Both times it was a water leak (separate leaks that had nothing to do with each other) and they were amazing both times.
The first time they came they had to fix a water leak in my laundry room caused by my water meter getting replaced and I pretty much had a waterfall coming through my downstairs ceiling. I was so flustered and thankfully they were picked through my insurance (USAA) and made the whole process less scary since they deal with these things pretty regularly. I was so glad I knew who to call when I found mold in my bathroom about two years later (we assume the shower door was not sealed correctly and has slowly been leaking since the home has been built).
For both projects they were professional, clean (both times tile had to be torn out and I was amazed at how much they make sure they take care of your home as they are doing the demo). I was also super happy with the contractor who came and did the remodeling as he was always on time and was very talented in his trade (tile, paint, textured ceiling). They use contractors that care about what they do and will make sure things are done right.
They were also great at working with my schedule and between the project manager and the office someone is always making sure things are going well and is available for any questions or concerns. I really hope I don’t have to use them again lol but it’s good to know who to call when you have an emergency with your home.

As a property manager with 15 years in the business professional courtesy goes a long way. I recently had the opportunity to work with the team at RestorePro after my property had a fire. They were amazing, professional and very knowledgeable of the situation at hand. Ashlee and James made us a priority and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were quick with their response time and stayed in constant contact at all times. I would recommend them again and again.

Came to do water mitigation and took a bit to come finish repairs. Incident started June fully finished End of September. I’ll say sent through a few contractors then I got Mike and Joe. Rogelio’s crew did an amazing job and did it swiftly in one day.

I had a great experience with the crew that assisted me with the water damage to my home. Doug, Christian, Eric, and Aaron were very professional. They answered all my questions walked and me through everything they were doing. They contacted me each day; early enough that I had plenty of time to get home to let them in to work. I highly recommend RESTOREPRO. Thank you for your patience with me as this was my first experience with water damage and what the process entails! I am thankful for the prompt response and service. Started Monday and all was dry by Thursday! (I had a lot of water damage). I am ready for the next phase of restoration and glad to work with RestorePro for that as well!

Well, a tree fell on our home in January of 2022. At the time of writing this review (June of 2022) we have still not regained use of our master bedroom. I have found RestorePro to give excellent "lip service" and communicate quickly with us for the most part. I have been disappointed in their ability to submit the required documents to our insurance company in a timely manner, as well as their attention to detail in their service to us. At this point, I expect anything they say they're going to do to take 2-3x as long as they project. I do not have any complaints about the quality of the work, but that is a testament to the subcontractors they utilize, not necessarily to them. If I could go back and choose another company to complete our restoration project, I certainly would.

Restore Pro is a complete service company that helped us with a water damage event in our master bathroom. They were very responsive, professional and experts in their field. They quickly assessed the problem, worked with our insurance company and mitigated the situation. They then assigned a construction project manager who coordinated the restoration effort. David was a pleasure to work with. His experience was evident and made the project extremely easy.

Katie, in customer service was constantly keeping us updated on the project and very proactive to make sure we were satisfied with everything.

When we had a leak in our ceiling, our insurance recommended RestorePro and we trusted their recommendation. The water mitigation team was very responsive and came out quickly, but we were disappointed with the job they actually did. They did not cut out all of the water damaged ceiling and left wet, sagging ceiling remaining. There was a light fixture surrounded by water damage that was not touched. I was unaware of a lot of this until I had another company come out to fix the damage.

We initially planned on using RestorePro for repairs and they came out and provided an estimate. They sent their estimate to the insurance company and it was accepted and they were sent a check. After this, we could not get back in touch with anyone for approximately one month. We were eventually assigned a new project manager and he claimed that he would be unable to do what the prior project manager had promised with his estimate. Because we did not want to pay nearly 2k to fix a small hole and the company was so difficult to communicate with, we did not go through with using them for the repairs.

Isaac was our contact point and such a Godsend. We had a leak the day before having a baby and was so nervous about home repairs with a newborn. They got it all done, timely, chose crews that were prompt, clean and respectful. Most importantly, Isaac was responsive and easy to communicate with. He really did put us first!

Isaac and John provided exceptional customer service during an inspection of our roof. They were prompt, professional, and thorough concerning the info regarding the issues. Appreciate it. Customer service is making a comeback!

Russell and Ashlee and the entire team are absolutely amazing! They are very quick to respond. We discovered a bad leak in a vacant ready apartment with a move in of less than 1 week away. They jumped into action to complete the mitigation and repairs as quickly as possible without us ever having to change the move in date. Highly recommend!

I used USAA's recommended service RestorePro, which was great at first, sending water mitigation as soon as possible. Christian and Doug were great, the flooring was ripped out promptly to allow the drying process to begin. I would definitely call them again if I ever needed another water mitigation team. The problem arose when it came time for repairs. A couple of no shows and no one ever coming to evaluate is what lost me. I ultimately canceled and went with someone else for repairs.
