I wrote a review a few months ago about Weaver homes. All the issues that was wrong with the house and not getting good customer service. I want to correct that. I want to thank Josh, Susan and John for taking care of our needs with this house. They went above and beyond the call of duty. As for the person, I talked on the phone about the issues with the home. You need to learn a lot about customer service. It doesn’t matter if I’m the first owner or the 20th owner. For a home that’s four years old it’s still under warranty no matter what. These three individuals saved your butt. If I was you, I learn to pucker up.

We couldn't be happier with the beautiful home Weaver Homes built for us. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail evident in every corner of the house. From the stunning kitchen to the elegant bathrooms, everything was completed tp perfection. We were particularly impressed with the landscaping work they did. It was totally unexpected. Sod was laid down along with a nice tree and bushes boarded our front entry way! The team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They made sure all of our needs were met and kept us informed every step of the way. They even notified us that our build would be done a full month ahead of schedule! During the entire experience, Weaver Homes had our best interest in mind at all times. We are coming up on our year mark and so far we love the product that was produced for our family. Ms. Love and her crew also installed new windows in my Mother's house. She was very professional, courteous and awesome about communication. The service has great value as well. Even at the great value, quality was not sacrificed. I can tell she is concerned about doing a good job for her clients. Mr. Hurtado, was very professional and detailed in explaining the process. He was punctual and kept the are neat throughout the building of the slab. Price was by far the best and the quality is remarkable.

Great people, great service. The Supervisor was here during the prep work, again when the concrete was being poured, again that evening to ensure that the job was done correctly! Impressive!

Sam The Concrete Man did an excellent job repaving my driveway. Mr. Hurtado was fantastic to work with. Whether it be through his communication on every aspect of the job and always showing up in a timely manner. They removed and replaced my old concrete driveway. His price was spot on to his estimate. Since I had a few low sections in my driveway, he added fill-dirt to raise those areas. The workers arrived at the exact time they were scheduled to work. Highly recommend Mr. Hurtado’s service.

Sam the concrete man is the only place you should be getting concrete from. Their prices are fantastic for the service they do! With their friendly service, constant communication, and high quality concrete, You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t give Sam a call! I never thought I’d leave a review for a concrete service. But they really go above and beyond in making sure you get what you ask for, and I want to spread the good word.

They were incredible and I love how my patio turned out! Definitely would recommend, great communication and they really listened to what I wanted done. They also put in our firepit within the patio and it looks amazing, cant wait to use it!
