I had the pleasure of working with Mike Britt on the restoration of my home after a toilet overflow caused damage upstairs and downstairs. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my concerns. My home project was assigned to a different manager who all of a sudden did not return. After 2.5 weeks I called Restore Pro and they referred me back to Mike Britt. Mike was very apologetic and quickly came back to my home to find out the status. He had his crew on the job post haste and made sure all aspects of the project was to my liking. Mike was able to remount my television even after the previous manager’s crew forgot to leave the area of the wall open for remounting. I’ve found that restoration takes a lot of patience and time. However, whenever I texted with a question, Mike, would always answer in a timely manner. I had a few small things to have fixed under the 1 year warranty and the technician John J was so kind and helpful. You could definitely see that he treats homes like his own and was even finding little things to fix that I forgot to put on the list to be viewed. Worst builder experience ever. Terrible communication. Run while you can.

The new homes they build come with a one year warranty. However, they do not honor the warranty. I have 3 issues that need resolved. I have emailed them (you can only contact them via email) and they respond saying someone will contact me regarding the warranty issue and they never do. Now, they no longer respond to emails. Hoping this review will get them to respond and resolve the issues.

I'm a realtor who represented a veteran and they went out of their way to get everything done early so my veteran would have time to move in before heading off to Airborn school. Great guys to work with, and quality is much better than other new builds I've seen.

We just moved into our new home built by weaver homes. They worked back and forth with us for a long time do to crazy COVID making the prices of metals skyrocket. We finally started construction and the process was very easy. They were very responsive to question we had during the construction process. I would definitely recommend Weaver Homes if you atr looking a builder.
