Once the initial insurance issues were settled, Isaac and his team were great at scheduling and completing the work. We had some water damage with a partially new wall and new flooring installed by Isaac’s team. Isaac was very thorough, kind, informative, and honest.

This is an amazing company with James Wolf being the best representation of what a company should be all about. From the moment he stepped through our door, I felt we were well supported. His knowledge of his craft as well as his understanding of my underlying health issues made me feel we were in great hands. We are still in the early stages of our repairs but his response to everything so far has been timely and professional. That kind of commitment is hard to find these days.
I would highly recommend RestorePro and their team of amazing representatives. Choose them and you will not regret the call.

They deserve zero stars!

I'm currently in the fifth no-call, no-show for the baseboards they need to replace. Fifth! They had me reach out to USAA to get approval to work on Saturdays because I work from home, yet I just spoke with someone who said they never told me they'd work Saturdays. The several texts I have say otherwise. I was told I need to find someone else to do it....after the fifth missed appointment.

This claim started in October, yet they didn't finish installing the floor until January. We're now inching closer to March, and I'm still reaching out for them to do what they have been paid by my insurance to do. I was advised that all I'd need to do was file the claim, and they would handle everything else with USAA. False. There was poor communication throughout this whole process, so I was basically handling everything with USAA myself. I had to request that the first guy be removed from because he was so rude. The second guy was incompetent and apparently no longer works there as of last week, hence why they will not honor the several Saturday appointments he failed to show up to.

There were multiple days when I had to take time from work to do walk-thrus, as if everyone involved in doing the work does not have access to the documentation from the previous person; they did not clean up after they replaced the flooring, so I have to clean up the carpet debris and dust from the laminate flooring; they missed several spots when painting and had to come back out to fix it; the paint job was lumpy and rough, so I had to pay OOP for someone to re-do it; and they messed up my sockets, one of which I can no longer use.

Working with this company has been an all-around headache. I should have known this was not going to go well when two random women showed up to my door in their personal vehicle and sat in my driveway for over two hours. They didn't knock on my door or anything. I eventually went out to see what they needed, and they did not know why they were there either. They turned out to be the wives of the floor installers and were there to paint. The installers did not work for RestorePro, which is not a problem, but I'd rather not have random people showing up with their family members to do the work of professionals.

This company is top notch. My project managers were amazing and very responsive and courteous. The crews they brought in did great work. The flooring crew from Raleigh stayed until 8:30 pm just to get it all done in one day. The painting crew stayed until 7:00 pm as well. Getting it done and over with really helps the family get back to their life quickly.

We recently worked with RestorePro for mitigation and repairs after water damage, and they were excellent start to finish. Everyone was courteous and professional and did their jobs well. They were up front about cost and timing and always arrived on schedule. I got courtesy follow-up calls after every visit as well. I am very pleased with this experience and would absolutely work with them again!

We had a major leak in our wall between the living room and guest bathroom which also impacted the back bedrooms and the hallway. After contacting our insurance agent we worked with Restore Pro. The company promptly sent our workers with fans to help dry things out. There was initially some lag in communication with our insurance company UNTIL Issac was assigned as our project manager. Once we met and he explained in detail the process things started moving. We felt like he took things over and beyond our expectations all the while communicating promptly and often with us. I enjoyed working with Issac and can honestly say he certainly knows the restoration business. A side note is that we were on a strict time restraint knowing our daughter in law and grandchildren were spending Christmas with us as our son is deployed. He assured us that it would be finished and he was true to his word. This meant a great deal to us and appreciate that he worked so personally with us. Thanks Issac and Restore Pro!

Isaac was absolutely wonderful to work with! Once insurance finally approved the damage from a neighboring HVAC leak, Isaac made sure the process to fix the floors, paint and do trim/molding work was speedy and efficient! He knew I was ready to have my home back to normal, and did an incredible job managing all of the moving pieces! I am so happy with how everything turned out, and highly recommend Isaac, and RestorePro Fayetteville!

Having endured a very bad restoration experience, previously, the efficiency and professionalism of RestorePro was a wonderful breath of fresh air with the aroma of springtime flowers (forgive me for waxing poetic -- can't help myself). Issac Edge was very helpful in assisting us by making suggestions that were better than what we had come up with initially, and the results are superb!
Additionally, any problem that we saw in the work and pointed out to Issac was immediately addressed and corrected. We were also impressed with the respect and and camaraderie that Issac and his team have. A positive working environment definitely impacts the end result. Many people don't understand that getting the job done doesn't mean that the human element must be disregarded. Issac Edge beautifully combines personableness, respect toward his team and expectation for great work. You can't beat that.
We will certainly be calling on them again for additional work that we plan to have done.

In August, our house flooded leaving our kitchen with an abundance of repairs. Isaac at RestorePro was incredible to work with. He was communicative, thorough, and very transparent. I cannot recommend his work ethic and professionalism enough. The team did BEAUTIFUL work and we are so pleased with the result.

Update: Buyer Beware
I was told numerous times by my project manager that I had no worries about the work being done because I had a five year warranty. I had issues right away with the floor in my son's room. They did come and repair it but the issues continued with the LVP separating and planks popping up throughout the house. Mind you I am year and half to two years out - called the company. They sent someone out who agreed the floor was improperly installed. I called about a week after his visit to be told that because I had state farm I only had a 1 year warranty. I am currently pursuing this with State Farm and WRAL. The documents I signed were digital and when I tried to pull them up they are unavailable. Make copies of everything and check the small print of which there is ALOT! I will update once I have more information.

This was my first experience with a major water leak caused by a leak from my ice maker. Aaron from Restore Pro Mitigation was the first person outside of my insurance adjuster to assess the problem and give me guidance. Aaron went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He answered questions about how the process works and what to expect next. So far I've only had the mitigation part completed and awaiting an estimate for reconstruction. I can't say enough how appreciative I was of Aaron's professionalism and assistance to make the process run smoothly!! The work he and his team did was unbelievable - professional and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend their services if you find yourself in such a situation as to need them!!

We recently used Restore Pro for some water damage inside our home. We were assigned David Johnson as our project manager and couldn’t be happier. The company did an outstanding job communicating, and responding quickly. We had flooring torn up and new installed, dry wall and painting done, the entire job came out clean and beautiful. Katie in the office, was wonderful to communicate with. David did an outstanding job coordinating and completing all tasks. He was personable and professional. I highly recommend and would again myself use this company.

I just loved working with Isaac Edge. My fault not his, but Issac was the second contractor on my project and he got it done. He coordinated everything with his team. The communication between him and his team was spot on. I didn't need to be home while the work was getting done. Isaac was quick to respond and so easy to communicate with even when I was traveling. He had the answers to all my questions on flooring and cabinetry. He gave me solid advice on products, trending colors etc. I had guest coming within 3 hours of Isaac's team leaving for the weekend, he organized a cleaning crew so I didn't have to worry about cleaning. I'm super happy with the end result and had a great time chatting about all things, not just the project. Thanks Isaac.

Mike Britt, from the very first Conversation on the telephone Mr. Britt was very professional, and knowledgeable about the processes. All that he said would be done was done, he even prepared us for possible consequences that could happen, but there was none. My wife was please with the finished product & work. Men cleaned up after them selves. Mike Britt and his contractors should be 10 stars .
