These guys are the real deal ! Colby, Chris & Rod came out & quickly deduced the problem with our window leak. They were incredibly nice & helpful, & did a thorough evaluation that left us with no questions. Thank you guys again! Would absolutely recommend this business a thousand times over !

I own a rental condo that was damaged by a water leak in an adjacent unit. The completed job was not to my satisfaction, so Colby Porter brought a different contractor in to redo the work and make sure everything was completely satisfactory. Mary Catherine was extremely instrumental in coordinating all the details to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. My condo looks wonderful, and is now ready to rent out again. Great work ethics!

911 sent a technician (with equipment) on a FRIDAY EVENING when a washing machine line malfunctioned and created water issues in 3 rooms. They set up blowers and/or dehumidifiers in all affected rooms and came every day for 8 days to check moisture readings, adjust equipment and/or tear out damaged sheetrock and flooring. Our technician, Keith, was polite, respectful and responsive, always taking time to explain their processes; and the manager of 911, Colby was equally professional and helpful. We highly recommend 911 Restoration.

I am so glad I called 911 Restoration. We had our washer leak from upstairs and they immediately came and started pulling up the carpet and padding to dry. The service was great and Cameron was easy to work with. He is very respectful, attentive, and professional. I’ve been able to text both him and Colby for scheduling and obtaining estimates for our insurance and they replied in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend. We plan to use them for our repairs vs our insurance’s recommendation because our experience with them has been amazing.

We had an awful water leak at our office over night. It was not discovered until 7:30 am the next morning and we immediately called here. I dealt with Blake and he was outstanding during the whole process. He called me, even if it was after hours, to keep me updated and informed about how the process was going. I appreciate the professionalism and commitment that this company and employee showed during a stressful time.

Wave Roofing did a great job replacing the roof on my short-term rental home that I have. We had a tear off and our VRBO home has beautiful shrubs that I love and they protected them so that they were not harmed. Great work and communication for the project manager ever step of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

FHP were great in repairing the things needed to sell my home! They were quick to send someone out look at the work that needed to be done and give me an estimate (full price for materials and labor-no surprise costs at the end). It was cheaper to get all the work done through their company rather than going through different companies for plumbing and crawlspace needs.
One of our tub drains had been leaking so it was replaced entirely, and the affected wood around the leak in the crawlspace was replaced or reinforced (both subfloor and joists). They sent pictures during and after to show their work, which I appreciated since I no longer lived in the home. It gave me peace of mind that everything we agreed upon was being done correctly! They got it all done in one day as well which kept us on schedule for closing! I would definitely hire them again if I needed things done on my new home. -
The shower wall needed replacement and the work was suburb.

Jamie and Brian were so helpful! Really went above and beyond.

Great guys better pricing and great work
-
Very professional and the work quality is great. Will use their services again in future home projects.
-
Had them finish a couple projects, I am super picky in my work so I had them come back on some drywall work, but they didn’t hesitate to come back even after they were paid in full.
-
Fisher’s Home Pros Insulation and Crawlspace are professional. They get the job done.
-
I highly recommend this company for any home projects, very professional, dependable .

Very happy with the addition on our house by Fisher Home Pro's! They did a terrific job!

Bryan and his team are our go-to for our home needs. Whether it's a home upgrade, duct cleaning, or crawlspace insulation and waterproofing, they have always proved why they're the best in Fayetteville.
The level of detail and care they have shows in the work, and we are so glad we came across them a few years ago.
Recommend them over anyone in Fayetteville! -
Bryan and his team have been phenomenal each time we've worked with them. Always extremely professional and super communicative throughout our projects. Will definitely be working with them in the future. 10/10!

The only positives about my experience with Fisher's are 1) they worked fast and 2) the main worker, Dillon (Dylan?), is an absolute treasure and Fisher's better know how lucky they are to have him. Everything else was awful.
1. Bryan knew the entire time he was doing my job that I planned to submit an insurance claim to cover most of the costs. I can prove with texts and emails that he knew this. He never said a thing until the end of the job when he handed me my bill and then just casually goes, "I doubt insurance will pay for this kind of work. I've never seen them pay out for [these kinds of issues] before." And of course he was right. So I had to scrape and scramble and move money to cover the total and it wiped my whole emergency cushion fund. When I asked him to give me a couple days to get the money together without having to borrow any, he said no, not possible, even when I begged for just 24 hours more.
I believe he intentionally misled me with his silence for the duration of the work he did on my home and then had no compassion or patience when I struggled to pay at the end of the job after he let me believe that insurance would cover most of it. I truly believe that he let me hire him knowing I thought insurance would cover most of it because he knew I couldn't hire him if I had to pay out of pocket, and then just planned to squeeze me for the total due at the end of the job, which is exactly what happened.
And if all that shadiness wasn't bad enough, get this...
2. The work he and his team did was to wrap my downstairs AC ducts (in my living room ceiling) to stop them from sweating in the summer, and then they fixed the drywall that the sweating had damaged. Well guess what. It's hot out again and guess whose ceiling is sweating with drywall and paint leaking from her living room ceiling? MINE! So the work he did under false pretenses wasn't even good work, because my ceiling is doing the exact same thing now that it had been doing when I hired him in the first place.
But there's more!
3. A worker of his named Will admitted to peeping on me while I showered one day when Bryan and Dillon had gone to another job. I have all of this in text. (Will has since been fired [for other reasons].)
Dishonest pay practices. Shoddy work. Shady creepy employees. If I could go back in time and NOT hire Fisher's Home Pros, I would. Now I want my money back and Bryan is not responding to my texts. Literally leaving me on Read.
Steer clear of Fisher's Home Pros!!! -
Communication was terrible. We waited weeks for an appointment. We had two people come out the same day neither was aware of the other. They both said someone else had to come and he would give us a call within 48hrs. Days later I called to check in and left a VM for John. We did not get a call back. Called again and the representative said she would leave him our number. The next time they put me through to John. When he answered he said "well I guess I will come out there since you keep calling" I said excuse me he laughed and gave me time for the same week. When he came to the home he said well I could put you on the schedule but it's gonna cost you way to much. We will charge a couple thousand for what my Hispanic guys will do much cheaper. I can have them call you. I asked for a written estimate he said well let me have my guys call you then let me know if you still want the estimate. I said what are their names? He said I can't even remember I always get their names wrong. At this point I knew he was just blowing us off. He said yeah, yeah I'll have them call you. We called back 4 separate times to the office and left messages for the quote and for John and haven't heard anything in over a month. Either John is horrible employee and has no accountability or this company is trash. Filter the Google page reviews by stars... the common complaint is lack of communication.

I have been using Restore Pro for a couple of years now and they are here for me and my community whenever we call! They are quick with their price quotes and they get the job done fast with a timeline and follow-up so our residents can know how we are handling everything. Their communication is on point!
We have used them for fire and remediation and what's unique to their company is that they do literally everything! Most companies that help in these instances would not do the put-back or drywall repairs after remediation, but they do it all!
So thankful for them! Shout out to Ashlee and Nick for helping us and getting us everything we need! Big fan.
