Upon returning home from my family vacation, I discovered water damage on the celling of my garage. I contacted two companies and left messages requesting that they come out and repair my ceiling; however, they never responded. Upon my arrival at work, I observed a SERVPRO business card in our eatery and contacted them. I conversed with Mr. Anthony Zubricki, who then directed his team to contact me. His team demonstrated high levels of professionalism, amiability, and assistance. As a single woman householder, it is imperative to exercise caution when engaging with various contracting companies, as they are prone to exploiting one's vulnerabilities. However, SERVPRO was exceedingly accommodating in providing comprehensive explanations from the outset. I was so satisfied with the repairs that I requested an additional estimate for some tasks that needs to be completed around the home. They were eager to assist without hesitation and schedule some time to come out and rectify the damage, and I was given a new pen. I am grateful for Mr. Zubruicki, and please inform your team. I appreciate everything.

I called Servpro after my basement had 2-3 feet of water in it due to a large amount of rain in a short period of time, and Tamika Robinson came out to provide an opinion on what they would recommend to return my basement to normal. Tamika was honest, kind, and knowledgeable about what to do in a situation such as mine. While I did not end up moving forward with Servpro, I left the interaction extremely impressed and would highly recommend working with them in the future.

The team responded to a crisis here at the Residences at the Prince Charles immaculately! Led by Tamika, her team of Jessica, Tony, Ghost, Quan, and Shorty absolutely crushed it. After my apartment flooded and i needed help, they arrived- and started providing solutions to an extremely complex problem set. They expertly placed dehumidifier equipment and moved my entire apartment to a new residence on a moments notice. i can’t thank them enough. the entire team was diligent and professional throughout. i truly appreciate all of you.

Absolutely amazing experience in an “emergency” after hours water issue at our home. They answered the phone and sent a team to our home within a few hours. They were prompt, courteous and explained the entire process to us. After cleaning up the water, the cleaned the entire working area and it treated our home like it was theirs. We are grateful for their emergency water mitigation team!

Re Pictures: A water line broke at the coupling and flooded our basement. They moved our furniture up off the floor and placed large dehumidifiers and dryers

The Young men Donel Robinson and his Team are someone’s Blessing to clean up after a Disaster Flood. They came with all their equipment and tools to help with completing the Task at hand. They removed all the debris and removed the remaining water. Clean up their mess and Had the basement Smelling Good and the air fans to dry it out. I would Definitely Recommend Mr. Robinson and his team for the next person who may need help! Great Job and Thank You

We just completed working with Donel, who came from NC to assist with the Chicago Servpro group. He is a tremendous supervisor. Was so professional and knowledgeable in handling our Milwaukee water disaster last week. His communication with me , our 8 tenants, and reliability for this job, can not be understated. UPDATE: Today Jessica and Mr. Shorty, lol, came by to inspect and determine where my water leak in my apartment is coming from. It was determined that it is the roof where the chimney is located. I have water coming from behind my fireplace. They were prompt and very courteous. Thank you so much ServPro for coming to the rescue!! My heroes. UPDATE: My restoration of the ceiling water damage is completed!! And I couldn't be happier, and very pleased with the results. They really live up to their reputation and motto. "Like it never happened" Long live ServPro!!! 😍

They wasted my time and money. They charged me a hundred and fifty dollars to look at the situation with their eyes? Who does that? Then, they wanted to charge me five hundred dollars for testing. Call Environmental Concerns of Fayetteville instead! For 170 they actually test. NOT 150 PLUS 500!
