I came to Hallmark not intending to purchase anything, but to simply take a look at some hot tubs, as I had planned to go with another company. Mark quickly greeted me and proceeded to tell me about the Hotsprings brand of hot tub that they carry. He took me all around the showroom showing me each variety they had and explained the difference between each model and how Hotsprings differed from other manufacturers. His exceptional customer support, explanation, and passion, quickly made me a believer in the Hotsprings brand after I understood how they worked and what to look for. He showed me the room where they have one set up with water so you can try it out. I went back later with my bathing suit and towel to try it out to make sure I would like it. I was sold and I bought it that day! Their installation was great and they even put me in touch with a great electrician (who I still use) and even set up the chemicals for first use. Since then, the spa and their customer service has been AMAZING! I take a water sample in on Saturdays right after they open and they always are quick and courteous and tell me exactly what I need to do to adjust the chemicals. Their chemicals and other supplies/equipment are priced fairly and always in stock! Truly incredible customer service and a great buying experience! I would definitely recommend.

Hats off to Hallmark Pools. I especially want to thank Mark and Sheila, company owners, for giving me stellar service every time I visit the store. It is apparent the staff has embraced Mark and Sheila's work ethic. Hallmark is the Chick-Fil-A of Pool Service in our region. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate them 10 only because 10 is the highest possible score. If you desire honest assessments, fair pricing, and professional service at every encounter, do yourself a favor and go in to see the personnel there. Tell them I sent you and you want a "Reggie Experience". For the record, my comments are authentic and unsolicited.

All of the people at Hallmark are so nice and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces even at their busiest, hectic times. I've been dealing with them for about 30 years now and love how i can take a water sample in and they can get my pool looking great. i"m a Bacquacil user and they always have what i need. Keep up the great work!

I am posting today to say Thank You to Hallmark Spa & Pools. I had a great experience working with Sheila and Butch and they were terrific. The customer service is beyond expectations and they are nice folks too! I had a repair issue with my spa and they worked with me until final resolution. I highly recommend Hallmark Spa & Pools. You guys are the best!

Hallmark Spa and Pools has great customer service. They also don't beat around the bush. I appreciate their honest opinion on systems and chemicals for our in ground pool. My husband and I always have our questions answered and we feel confident that we are making the right choices as pool owners. Highly recommend this store for all your pool needs and questions!

I have both a Pool and Hot tub that I use this company for my maintenance. The pool was not purchased from them as it is fiberglass. Not sure what company did the installation of the pool. I have been a regular customer since 2009 and cannot say enough good things about Hallmark Pools. I have needed several items for my pool and spa and they always explain the benefits and costs to me. I have never felt like they were trying to push me to something I really don't need. I even had to laugh at the one review where the customer said they came in and gained extensive knowledge thru a conversation with the sales person. I always feel they really want me to understand the product and make sure I get whar is needed. I will say from time to time they can get a little backed up with the number of customers. But, I think that is a sign of integrity and success. I give them t stars and 2 thumbs up.

Mark and his entire crew at Hallmark pools have been nothing but phenomenal since the first time I stepped foot into their establishment. Everyone is very benevolent and professional at all times. This was my first time making such a big purchase on an item such as a pool, so I researched all the companies around as far as Raleigh too. Hallmark met what I was looking for on paper so I had to see for my self. The price was great as well as Steve and his team that come out and install the pool. I go in at least once a week and get my water tested and since purchasing over a month ago my water is beyond perfect and kids have a blast. I would just like to thank Mark and his crew for a job well done and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

Great experience! Got a great deal on my spa. Great customer service from start to finish. I did have a issue with my equipment door and would had to have replaced it out of pocket but they rebuilt my door and painted it free of charge. You can't fine customer service that great very often these days. I definitely recommend them for all your pool and spa needs

My husband and I just purchased our third Hot Springs Sovereign spa in February 2015. We purchased our first Sovereign spa in 1989. We purchased the second in 2004 (which was a used 2001 in excellent condition). Whether you are looking for a new or used spa, Mark & Sheila and the staff at Hallmark Spa and Pools can help you decide which model works best for you and your family. We chose Hot Springs because of the energy efficiency. All start-up chemicals are provided and free computerized water testing is available to help you achieve and maintain perfect water conditions. This new spa required a dedicated 220 outlet which we did not have. Mark & Sheila recommended an electrician. He came out when promised, was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. We have enjoyed our spa for 25 years and know we will continue to do so more many more years to come. Hallmark keeps a large inventory of supplies on hand, has qualified employees to provide excellent service and a friendly staff. When we bought our house in 1992 one of the features which I was not very excited about was the existing pool. I had no idea how to take care of the pool. Fortunately, the previous homeowners used Hallmark for all of their pool needs so I followed suite. I am so glad that I did. The owners of Hallmark have been more than helpful. Every question we had they had an answer to both accurately and professionally. While I drive past three other pool stores to make my purchases, it is not only about making the purchase, moreover it is about the relationships you build over the years. Since the year 1976 (41 years a customer), I have been doing business with Hallmark Spas, Pools & Billards. First as a Pool Owner from 1976 to 2005, when I sold my home with the pool. During the 41 years of my association, Hallmark Pools have exceeded every requirement and expectation I have had regarding both products and customer service. During the period I owned my pool, I have purchased chemical supplies, replaced my in ground pool liner, replaced the pool pump, and also my pool filter, and also have had numerous service calls for various other pool related issues. From 2005 to the present I have continued to be a customer of Hallmark Spas & Pools, but now as a Spa Owner. I bought my new home and it already had a Spa installed, which I subsequently found out that it was purchased and installed by Hallmark by the previous owner. Since 2005, I have had to purchased a new Spa. Honestly, I never even considered getting quotes from any other Retailer in Fayetteville, and went directly to Hallmark and purchased my new spa. The price for my new spa was excellent, and the installation work was done in a totally professional manner. I was totally satisfied with my decision then and continue to be totally satisfied with the continued customer service and support that I get from Hallmark.

Customer service is above and beyond what is required and expected during the more than 40 years that I have been doing business with Hallmark. Every product and chemical purchased is of the highest standards offered in the Spa & Pool Industry. The price point is very acceptable and has always been very competitive with other pool and spa retail stores within Cumberland County.

Without reservation I highly recommend that any family looking to purchase a in-ground or above-ground pool or stand alone spa for their family's entertainment, to give Hallmark Spas & Pools a visit to obtain exactly what products and service is available from them. We purchased our pool and spa from Hallmark. It all started with information. We were provided with everything we needed to make the right choice for our family, and our backyard.

But the service didn't stop with the installation. The family team at the store is always there to help with keeping our pool and spa clean and balanced. Then, when we decided to winterise our pool they were there again to help with the process. Same thing on the other end when it was time to open the pool.

They are just wonderful and have made this process easy and enjoyable.

As a business owner. There are few things to learn ffrom the services provided by Hallmark Pool in Fayetteville, NC. I have to say that there are more great people in this town. Mark from Hallmark pool has been God sent to us. He has a lot of knowledge about the pool. He volunteer to look at my pool because of a pool company that we hired previously that charged us a lot of money and did a bad job. Mark was able to diagnosed the problem at his own expenses and recomend solution. I am very grateful to the entire store. Mark and the entire crew at the stone are so wonderful. Mark has great video about pool operation that have been life safers.
I wish we have more people like Hallmark pool in every customer service business.

I have used Hallmark Spas and Pool for almost 15 years since our realtor introduced them to us when we bought a house with a pool. They have been in business over 50 years, and the mother still works there, along with her son and others. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have done repairs on my pool sand filter, found and repaired leaks in my pool's lining, replaced my in ground pool's lining when it was time, helped me transition from chlorine to baquacil maintenance, tested my water and given recommendations, supplied all my chemicals for the pool, and more. They give step by step instructions for treating the pool, opening and closing the season, correcting problems, and so much more. Always answer the phone patiently and give as much time as needed to satisfy your questions. Most recently, I couldn't get my pump to prime. After going for a lid replacement and o-ring, still wouldn't work. Mark, the son, has posted very helpful videos on youtube on priming the pump and I watched and did those but still didn't prime. So he came out to our house with supplies to figure out what was going on. Fixed it simply, and didn't even charge! This is going above and beyond customer service! They are a full-service business and can help with absolutely anything related to pools, from creation to supplies to maintenance. They truly are the best!

The team at Hallmark Pool provide very, very good customer service. I have never once been inside the store and not received very good customer service. The team is very friendly and family oriented. I never have to guess about what chemicals to put in my pool. You take them your water samples and they test it. They then take the time to tell you exactly what you need to do to your pool to make it a clean & sparkling pool. It’s then worry free for you and you and your family can sit back and enjoy your pool.

This was our first time buying a above ground pool. They have youtube videos of how to do things. They recommended an amazing builder to do our fence and deck. They have been in the business a long time. I highly recommend them. No matter what I need they are there to help the community.

Have a pool? Your visit starts with a comprehensive water test covering every aspect of water quality. This is a three generation business. A knowledgeable team member will review the printout of results, go over what you need, how much, sequence, and timing. The person will write it out step by step. They recommend only what you need. Competitive prices. Want a Crystal Clear pool? Do what they tell you do. As far as additives such as algae control, chlorine, etc. you get what you pay for. We bought a house with a pool. They straightened out. It has been simple, economical, and a pleasure ever since.

We purchased a house with a pool, and had help starting it up. Fast forward to 8 months later. We are getting our pool ready for the summer and take in a water sample to a pool store, they have us do all these things to get it ready and my pool turns seafoam green. I try everything they suggest and it does nothing, just makes it worse.

Then I go to Hallmark because my pool is green, my pump isn't working now and I have no idea what to do. They were AMAZING. They helped me get my pool pump going, test my water and tell me exactly what I need to do. They didn't try to push me into buying from them, they told me what I would need no matter who I bought it from. I obviously ended up buying from them. They fixed my pools color for $30. The other store had me spending $200 (just to fix the color, which wasn't even green from algae yet, as the pump hadn't broken yet) Once it was fine, they got me all perfectly balanced, still for less than what the other store was suggesting. They were kind and understanding and dealt with me coming in daily for a good week and a half to bug them with questions.

I would absolutely suggest everyone who may be new with owning a pool to come here and get advice. They really helped me through a rough time and I didn't feel like they were out to just make money by pushing me into things I didn't need.

I give this business 10 stars!!!!! I have pool needs and been using this place for all of my pool needs and they are the best in my opinion. their suggestions and recommendations has been an enormous help and my family and I are pleased with the products and service we have been receiving in the past 9 years! I drive past at least 7 pool supply stores/service and its about a 20 min drive from my house to Hallmark Spa & Pools Super Store but its worth the trip... Old fashion, southern hospitality, in an All American Military town. Thank you and I appreciate you guys!!!!

Sheila was awesome! We purchased a new cover for our spa and it would not fit in our vehicle. She immediately offered to drop it by our home, AT NO COST! Her husband, Mark, and she delivered our new cover to our house and even assisted us with unpacking it and walked us through installing the cradle that attaches to it. If that wasn't already enough, they helped troubleshoot are moto-massagers and the panel. We were beyond grateful for their kindness and customer service.
