If your considering saving money by buying online, let me warn you, if something goes wrong which occasionally occurs then you will be glad to have a place to take your concerns and get resolved. Hallmark went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with a contractor they recommended. I initially got pushback from the contractor but when I involved the store that feeds them work, I then got results. So next time you think about shopping online keep in mind things can and do go wrong sometimes and you will want that accountability that comes with a brick and mortar store. Good luck!

Hallmark Spa & Pools is the place to go for all your needs with your Spa, Pool and Billiards. We have used them since 1999 when they installed our in-ground pool. They showed up when they stated they would be there, and the pool was ready for use within the time frame they gave us for completion of the project. They did such a great job with the pool and their customer service was so outstanding that we decided to purchase a spa from them when our old spa was no longer usable. In 2010, they delivered our Hot Springs Grandee Spa. Set it up, gave us detailed instructions on how to operate the spa. Anytime we have a question about the pool or spa, they are just a phone call away. Great customer service!
We purchase all our pool and spa supplies there, too, because after they test our water--they give us detailed instructions on how to disperse the products into the pool or spa that are needed to balance the water .
One of the best products we purchased a few years ago was the DOLPHIN. It cleans the pool for you...it even does the sides of the pool.
Ask any question about the products they sell, and they will give you the answer. It is nice to see a Family owned business really show up the major chains. To quote CHEERS!..."It's nice to go where they know you by name!" Thanks for always being their when we need you.

Hallmark is wonderful. I bought my pool from them in 2010 and have come to them consistently for the last four years. They have never let me down. They have better stock and customer support than any other pool store in the area. They offer water testing which is free if you buy chemicals there. Not only do they test the samples, they reiterate the auto-generated pool cleaning advice by handwriting a much simpler version for me to follow and they have done that every time! And taken the time to explain it to me whenever I had questions. They have helped me when I have had issues with my pool by offering service professionals who were able to come out very quickly and help me fix problems with the pool when I did not know what to do. They offer a military discount. Most of all, they are a friendly, supportive, family-run business who cares about their customers.

I HIGHLY recommend ! Will not go anywhere else! My Super pump motor was shot, I walked in without an appointment, Mark gave me my options. I decided to go with a new one since his price was right. He immediately set me up in minutes with a new one and I carried it home! He walked me through each stage of how to reinstall and my pool is back in business! He is thorough, professional and made me feel like I was his top priority. He stopped what he was doing that day to make sure I had what I needed. Ive had pools my entire life but I will also add his YouTube videos have taught me a lot that I didn’t know! I am fortunate to have found that ‘small town feel’ in Fayetteville! My experience with Hallmark Pools of Fayettville was great as they took the time to go over every detail since I was a first time pool buyer. The time they dedicated was above and beyond and ensured my purchase of an above ground pool was stress free and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a 24ft pool and my family couldn’t be happier. Their attention to excellent customer service didn’t stop at the purchase as they continue to excel in customer satisfaction every time I go in for pool maintenance supplies. I did a lot of research before buying an above ground pool and Hallmark had not only some of the best prices, but also great recommendations and references of people to install and run electrical for our new pool. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking at purchasing a pool.

After dealing with Hallmark for over 40 years, the service has been excellent since day 1! The staff is hands down the most knowledgeable in the region, and always is able to give me guidance when I need it to best benefit my pool. Customer Service goes above and beyond, prices are superb, but the environment is what keeps customers returning. Being a family business, customers get treated as family, and the store staff is more than willing to do anything to help you service your pool. I recently had an issue with a newer motor that had blown, and the staff was quick to contact the manufacture and was able to get it covered under warranty! Reasons like this is what will keep customers returning. Thanks everyone at Hallmark for making me feel like part of the family and keeping me returning as a customer!

We have been using this company for 4+ years based on a recommendation and will continue as long as we own a pool. I don’t believe you will find a more honest business anywhere. They never try to sell us anything more than we need and are always completely helpful and honest when we do want/need to make a purchase. Over the years we’ve purchased a new pool pump, hot tub, and multiple products for our pool. Additionally, every single person they’ve recommended for other services have been honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.
One last thing- they support the local military community with a discount.

I just purchased my home and the previous owners had our pool built by this company. They took the time and explained how to care for our pool in detail. Using non chlorine based chemicals is something new for me. They are truly a one stop shop. I’ll return.

Two weeks ago I needed some help with a leaking pool pump. I sent some pictures to Mark and he called me right back. He called me himself, found the parts, and they ordered and sent me the parts the next day!
Later when I had additional problems with my pump seal, Mark Scholz (the owner, that was not too busy to help me!) talked me through my problem over the phone. Then when I still couldn't get it done, I took my pump out to Hallmark Pools. Mark helped me himself! I got to see his famous shop table (the one on all his videos) and he worked on my pump to help me free up a stuck seal that I could not get off. BTW, he has an awesome video on how to do about any type of pump seal replacement. He would not take any money from me for all his time doing that. Later he followed up with a phone call to see how the reinstall went once I got home! Now that is the way America used to be! It is so good to see that kind of customer service and kindness again. Thank you Mark and Hallmark Pools! A family run business that treats you like family.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Went in looking for parts for my above ground pool, and the staffs interaction with me made it seem they were too good to carry the parts I was looking for. Zero for customer service. Do not recommend it.

Folks please take my advise and don't follow in my foot steps. I went the cheap miserly route and bought a cheap pool from the large online store which now only 2 years later is sitting on the curb after rusting and falling apart. I have been going to see Mark and Sheila for about 4 years now to keep my hot tub maintained and they are AWESOME. They are very courteous and knowledgeable and always willing to help. When they run water samples they take time to review with you and write a "recipe" for the chemicals you need to maintain the water quality. They will never sell you anything you don't need like happened to me from one of the other local pool sealers. So after the years of help with spa I have now had them install a better quality pool and the professional installation went great and it looks beautiful. I'm wishing now I had done it the first time. So if you want to work with great people with tons of knowledge, get a product with a 25+ year warranty and have a great experience please go see Mark and Sheila they will treat you right and fairly. Their pool installer is also going to build me a wood deck and nice stairs into the pool at a great price. The only problem is we now have to look at this beautiful pool and deck and wait and wait until spring when the weather warms up!!!

I highly recommend this business! I had been desperatly scouring the internet, hoping to find someone with the knowledge and time to help me diagnose a swimming pool leak. Luckily I came across one of Mark's videos. After that, I was able to subscribe to his Patreon channel, and have a FaceTime session with him! This has been invaluable!! His expertise has really made a difference, and the best news of all was that I didn't have a leak after all!

I had a great experience with Hallmark Spa and Pool company. I purchased a pool motor from them and had it shipped to me in Texas.   The motor arrived in a timely fashion but  was damaged in shipment (not Hallmarks fault). The owners' Mark and Sheila took care of resolving it pronto by having a new motor sent. They followed up with phone calls to me to make sure everything was okay and that I was satisfied with the replacement motor. They also provided lots of help and answered all my questions. We had a pump go out on our in ground pool. We went to Chapman and Welson for a replacement since they put our pool in. They are charging $1,299.99 for the pump. We went to Hallmark Pools and talked to the owner Mark a great guy very professional and courteous. He sold us the same pump for $702.00. we will be doing all of our pool business with Hallmark Pools and Mark from time forward.

They stepped up and got the job done, after the last homeowner built the in ground pool with wood and two by fours and it collapsed, but he only told us in two years we need to replace the liner. Had another company promise to dig up the old pool and to put in a new in ground pool but instead made a big mess in our backyard & took our money. Thank you Mark & Sheila Scholz and your staff and the guys who done all this hard work. We love it and can't wait for summer to enjoy it.

Was pleasantly surprised to find a well equipped pool(water) and spa place that has parts and unique items. Gentleman that helped me was very helpful. Also have some cool billiards tables and supplies. Not the cheapest place, but if you need a part for your pool, they are your best option in Fayetteville.

1st time in to the store to buy chemicals for our pool. Great customer service and willing to share their knowledge.
2nd encounter was OK though the person had an opinion on a pool system that is the opposite of the industry and all the other local professional pool companies, makes me wonder...
