I had Transform come out and do an estimate for me, and I was very impressed with Chris and his overall customer service and friendly attitude. SAM is the man! I was without heat for nearly a month and an electrician had come out prior to Sam , stayed 5mins & stated it wasn't an electrical issue. Sam came w/great energy, a big smile & told me, "Don't worry, I'm going to take care of you!" And he did. Not only was he professional but he was very detailed in explaining to me what he did & even showed me before/after pics. I am beyond thankful that he was sent to my door. Highly recommend Transform Electric LLC. Was able to get next day appointment to fix broken ceiling box for pendant light in our kitchen. The electrician, Aaron, was excellent and did a thorough job fixing and rehanging the light. He answered all of our questions, respectful of our property, and cleaned up after the job. Would recommend for all Electrical needs I provided my own lights didn’t know how they would look. The guys came on time with great communication and great work with my flood lights. And front porch light. Price was on par with what I was quoted from someone else. Came in and worked till completion. I plan on adding more lights and will be using them again.
