Got a quartz countertop from them. Great service. All three appts were professional, on time and friendly folks. Two guys who came to install were on time and great work. Great knowledge and professionalism.

Esther was great to work with. Reno jobs never go exactly as expected but Creative Stone worked with us and stayed on top of the job. While in progress on the kitchen we opened up to doing more work around the house. Photo from the work in progress…

Every aspect of the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. The team was respectful and friendly. I would recommend this team to anyone.

I had my estimate done but when I went to look @ the Granite countertops I wasn't in love @ all after walk through the lot I notice some which was covered & decided to take a look @ those & I fell in love with the Quartz MICHELANGELO. No regrets what-so -ever

Sherry did awesome helping my husband and I. We got our new table tops installed and they are beautiful. She was very professional, friendly and met all of our needs.

If you read down to my 2/18 post this is where we are now at 10 months on the remodel. No inspection of the plumbing so don’t know if it will pass and the inspection that did occur this Tuesday did not go well. Lots of issues cited; among them no crawl space which I’ve asked about several times as a contractor friend told us this would need to be done to pass. No one from Creative Stone was on site for inspection. Project manager and his assistant are out of town this week and Trevor was supposed to be here. No one notified us of results of Tuesdays inspection. I had to call Harnett Co myself this morning and had the report within seconds emailed to me. I see it also had been sent to Creative Stone. Told now that owner will take over the project since it’s not progressing. Just not able to give us a date on when this will occur and promises rarely kept. Hard to believe these other reviews are for the same business 🤔. With all going on in this world I’m not complaining. I do think people should have the chance to make an informed decision as to avoid these stresses. Life is stressful enough. 10 months with belongings in storage. 10 months without use of our home. I might create an Instagram account to keep you all informed on the progression of a true project of this business. I have many pictures, email promises and email apologies, inspection paperwork etc. Will update when done. Do your homework -please don’t just read five star reviews and get caught up and then disappointed like we have.

Richard Johnson, the owner, went above and beyond to work with me on pricing, ensuring I found the perfect option that fit my budget without compromising on quality. His commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and it was a pleasure to work with him.
Lastly, I want to highlight Jason Johnson, who was incredibly patient as we explored various granite slabs. His keen eye for detail and understanding of what I was looking for made all the difference.
Overall, Creative Stone offers an outstanding experience with a fantastic team. I’m thrilled with my new granite and can’t thank them enough for their support and expertise!

Just go with a smaller company they take wayyy too long - they say two weeks but truly your prob not gonna get scheduled out to 3+ weeks.

We LOVE our new granite vanity top. It took several trips and much patience from Creative Stone before I decided what I wanted but once I did, they had it installed in 2 weeks. Sherry was wonderful and we couldn't be happier.

The end result is beautiful, but it was difficult to communicate with the installers; man who measured did not catch that the cabinets on one side of the kitchen were not level. Communication with Creative Stone was excellent and the problems were quickly resolved.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Such a vast selection of stone to choose from made my decision hard but so happy with what I selected. Installers were amazing as well. Every person I worked with from start to finish displayed the most amazing customer service and all were very knowledgeable about the products offered.

Miss Esther, the sales rep was knowledgeable about the various types of stones, a great communicator, listened to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. I “highly” recommend Creative Stone and to speak with Miss Esther!!!

I've used more than one granite company in Fayetteville and Creative Stone is hands down the best. They have a great selection, great prices, and they do exceptional work. I had one kitchen with uneven walls and they cut the granite to fit exactly against the wall. You could tell that the wall was uneven. I highly recommend them.

Wow, that describes the incredible change in my kitchen after the installation of new counter tops and tile backsplash. Crystal did a wonderful job in assisting us in choosing our design and coordinating the installation process. From the measuring of my kitchen to the final step of the installation of the microwave everything was great. The granite installation crew, the plumber and electrician were awesome and special thanks to the tile/backsplash installers for their patience and amazing job. I also want to recognize the customer service representatives in the office for their help and quick response to my questions during the installation. Thank you all for making the heart of my home a warm and wonderful place.

Bottom line, don't waste your time or your money here. They are the most unprofessional, non customer-oriented business I have ever dealt with. We have used them on 2 projects and admittedly, the first one which was having a bathroom counter and sinks installed went pretty well. Based on that we decided to use them for a second project and have regretted it ever since. We should have known we were in for trouble when the owner, Richard Johnson, showed up for an estimate on the 2nd project to install a tile shower/reno the area around our tub and spent all of five minutes in our house. He acted like everything would be easy and wasn't a big deal. From there, and of course, once they had our money for the job, it was a string of scheduling problems, workers not showing up on time, not being told the truth about all our materials arriving before work started causing workers to leave early, and an overall lack of compassion or communication from the company. When they finished the project they left gouges and holes in the drywall, marks on the paint, waterproofing on the wall that wasn't covered by tile above our tub and didn't replace the trim they ripped out during demolition of the old shower. When I complained, he sent someone out who basically put some putty on the holes, skimmed the wall with some plaster over the waterproofing, and stuck up trim with no caulk or paint. The walls and trim were freshly painted and in perfect condition when they began the project. This worker said he would come back to finish what he started but that turned out to be false. He never returned and left our bathroom as shown in the pictures. After another call, Mr. Johnson told me he never said that worker would be back and that we didn't tell him we wanted the drywall, etc fixed upon completion of the renovations when we started the project. As if that's not implied in a "bathroom renovation". He then told me that he could fix it but I would have to pay him more for that. I have since had to hire another contractor to clean up their messes at my own expense. I wish I could say that was all our problems with Creative Stone but it was only the beginning. During delivery of materials their driver drove a truck into my house damaging the flashing, shingles, and gutter above my garage. Yes, they drove their unprofessional spray-paint tagged truck into my house. That was on June 21st. It is now the 23rd of September and Creative Stone has still not finished getting those repairs complete. We have called and emailed countless times to no avail. It took Mr. Johnson over 60 days to even show up and measure to have the gutters replaced and they are now blaming another contractor and COVID related supply issues for the delays at day 91. Creative Stone will never say they are at fault and accept responsibility for anything. Definitely would never recommend to anyone.

What to say about this wonderful place?! They literally made my kitchen dreams true. From the beginning, Sherry and Richard helped me find the perfect counter that was in budget and that met my family needs. I chose Montauk quartz. Then we chose a sink. I highly recommend not going with a single bowl sink and so I chose the 60/40 elkay sink in silver mist with the aqua divider. Favorite feature. Installation was the best experience. The men were professional and so helpful. They ran into an issue with my backsplash that was already installed was just a hair too low and the countertops could not slide underneath. They immediately helped and fixed the issue without any hesitation without damaging anything! I am so glad I chose Creative Stone. Highly recommend. My white quartz countertops with grey veining pull compliment the grey cabinets. So happy.

We hired Creative Stone to install our countertops, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. They made a mistake during the fabrication, which they later corrected. At that time, we were explicitly told not to worry about the remaining balance because of the inconvenience.

Four months later, completely out of the blue, they sent us a bill claiming they don’t know who said that. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and felt dishonest since we had trusted their word.

While the countertops look fine now, the way this company handled communication, billing, and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone who values honesty and transparency.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our kitchen countertops and backsplash from Creative Stone. Richard and his staff have been excellent from the beginning to the end. Ester was most helpful with all my questions. I would highly recommend Creative Stone for any kitchen or bathroom remodel.

If you want quality work this is the place. We had a new quartz countertop put in and it’s beautiful. Very professional and great to work with. Highly recommend this company.
