Owner is very customer service driven, as are others. Near end product is good quality. Would do business with them again. Recommend for your countertop needs. First class operation who truly believes in customer service and even pulled me up as much as possible since they realized what all I had been through in terms of delays that were mostly beyond their control and span. Creative stone did an Excellent job installing my stone sink and plumbing. The stone installers made sure the fit was exact and the plumbers were very efficient. Both the installers and plumbers were very respectful and answered all my question and cleaned up their area. I would highly recommend creative stone!

Recently had to have my granite removed a second time in my kitchen due to a mistake from a previous contractor. The risk of the granite and backsplash breaking was very high. Creative Stone managed to save the granite countertop and the backsplash unfortunately broke into four sections.

The technician pieced it back together damn near seamless. I couldn’t be happier with the work they performed. The demo crew and a separate install crew were both professional, on time, and left my kitchen clean. If we ever need any stone work this company will be our first choice.

Lastly, the office team, Ms. Sherry, and Mr. Jerry Mac were wonderful to work with from our project inception to completion. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Our first time getting new countertops was a breeze. A less than 2 week turn around process from walking in the door to getting the countertop we wanted installed! Couldn’t ask for better service or a better company, going on 1 year it still looks like new!

Creative Stone did my countertops for my kitchen remodel. We had a hiccup in the install process, however the end result was beautiful, and I could not be more pleased. Jerry was my salesperson, and he was vigilant and responsive through the entire process. Omar led the installation team and did a great job. I am very happy with my new kitchen!

I showed up early to get a quote before they were even open, and Jerry was already there. Even though he still had about an hour before opening, he got in his car and followed me to the house right then to take measurements because I needed countertops installed fast for a home that was already on the market. That kind of responsiveness is rare.

We ran into bad weather and a delayed delivery, but Jerry stayed on it and pushed everything through so the install got done in time and the house did not fall out of contract. Communication was clear the whole way through and he made sure every detail was handled correctly.

The countertops look amazing and the turnaround and professionalism made a real difference in this sale. I would use them again without hesitation.

Jerry Mac and his team handled everything for our kitchen countertops & cabinets. They suggested the layout, showed us a digital copy, let us choose the colors and edges then installed everything in a day! Recommend them for your home as well 🤩

I would not recommend this company. They were helpful up until the point we paid, but once the credit card was processed, the customer service completely changed.

After paying for our countertops, they cancelled our installation appointment once and then delayed it a second time without notifying us. I had to take time off work for both appointments, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

They also subcontract the installation work out to random contractors, so you never really know who you’re going to get.

Unfortunately, in our case, one corner of our island was cut incorrectly. At that point, we were so exhausted from trying to get ahold of someone and dealing with the delays that we just decided to leave it as-is.

Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and quality control was very disappointing.

Creative Stone of Fayetteville installed our kitchen countertops 4 years ago and they still look immaculate! The service was great and punctuality was perfect. I highly recommend everyone to call and get their countertops and bathroom remodels from Creative Stone. Be sure to ask for Jerry!
