I am so thankful for genuine plumbing.over the beginning of the holiday our hot water heater decided we weren’t going to have any hot water.unfortunately on top of our dilemma we also were without a plumber.i really had no idea of who I should call so I just did search and chose genuine due to his location and because he’s listed with our towns chambers .he also had good reviews and someone I know used him also.i knew it was going to be a task to even get someone out because next morning was Christmas Eve.i was able to get in contact and Adam (I hope that’s right)Blanchard was so empathetic and said he could come first thing so that we wouldn’t have to be without hot water during Christmas!He was very knowledgeable in his field and very thorough as well but what struck me most was his honesty!it’s so hard to find someone who is trustworthy and you aren’t left feeling like you were took advantage of.i don’t know much about his background but from what I’ve gathered he seems like an honest family man who wants to treat you as he wants to be treated.If you are in need of someone for plumbing issues please call genuine plumbing.i know I’m just one person but I can be a hard one to please at times.Thankyou again to genuine plumbing for coming out!if I need a plumber again you will be my go to person

They do fantastic work! They have installed a tankless hot water heater, reverse osmosis water purification system, soft water filtration system, and several toilets (and faucets). Yesterday Chris Massey sent two very professional plumbers to fix a clogged sewer line. The immaculately dressed servicemen, using state-of-the art equipment, quickly located the issue. Their truck carried a machine that not only cleared the issue but also took pictures and a video so I could see just where the problem was and how it was resolved. The servicemen, John and Claudio, very neatly cleaned up sewer overflow and left everything in good order. Kudos to Chris for responding to my late afternoon call and having a team arrive early the next morning.It was great service! 👏

Great plumbing company. Not only they fixed the main problems but they listened to customers and fixed other minor plumbing issues. The plumbers are very polite and professional.

I will say these days it is very hard to find a company that goes above and beyond, Massey Plumbing is one of those companies!! They put a filter system on our home and changed the heating element in our water heater, they are extremely professional, they take pride in their work and I will definitely be using them For any plumbing work we need done in the future. If you need plumbing work done I would highly recommend them!!

This was the best experience I have had in my over 35 years of home ownership. I had a water and dryer installed in the garage. Cludio was efficient, timely, and was careful with moving my stuff. Thomas insured everything was connected, ran correctly and investigatied my concerns about crawl space (water on the ground),Thomas's customer service was beyond outstanding!!! My realtor recommended Chris to diagnose and repair some hot water heater installation issues. He was able to fit me in promptly, and I was impressed with his services. Since then his team has diagnosed some faucet drainage issues and installed a new dishwasher for me. He will definitely be my go-to plumber as a new home owner!

Needed a floor drain in our bathtub replaced. Called them and they had someone out the next morning to take a look at the project. Thomas was the technician and he was a very respectful young man. After looking at the job, he was able to get it taken care of the same day. They accidentally broke a light bulb under the house and he wouldn't let me use one of mine and he insisted that he take care of it. He went to the store and bought one! I would recommend this young man to anyone in need of service! Thank you Thomas!
