Massey Plumbing did all the plumbing work for our house, and two years later when we had a problem with one faucet, they came out immediately to fix it. They were prompt, efficient and solved the problem. I couldn't recommend any one more highly.

Called C Massey last night at 1045 pm. Didn’t expect a call until Monday with it being Easter weekend. Chris called me immediately to make sure we were okay with the situation & explained everything extremely well. Had John & Alex just come out today & they fixed the issue in 10 mins that we have worked on for hours. Certainly will be sending folks there way!

C. Massey Plumbing is 5 star! They replaced my leaking water heater the next day at a fair price and did the job in half a day. He also fixed the problem I had with getting hot water out of my faucets with no waiting which has been a problem since the house was built!!! Highly recommend and support this business!

Chris Massey and his entire team are top notch. I moved to Smithfield in December 2023 and needed a plumber for bathroom and kitchen renovations. I found them by searching for a plumber with the Better Business Bureau site. The entire Massey team are respectful, not only to me but of my home. They are courteous and professional. I chose them because their prices were competitive. I’ve continued to use them for other jobs because they’re the best!!

Had a shower faucet not turning off. Of course this happened on Saturday of memorial day weekend. I listen to making your home great on wptf and had heard chris massey on the show. Called Saturday night and got Sunday morning service. Tech showed up on time and took care of the problem professionally and courteously. He also caulked around the fixtures in both bathrooms---something he didn't even have to mention let alone do. I will monitor faucets for drips but right now it appears to be working properly. I have some other plumbing needs that I will definitely use them for. Would recommend based on this experience

This was our first dealing with C Massey Plumbing and, well, it was one of the best service experiences we've ever had (and we have had many). Our tank hot water heater shed its mortal coil in the crawlspace, leaving puddles of water and two grumpy, shower-less geezers. Chris responded quickly, and our new tankless water heater was installed in short order. The installation team -- John and Larry -- as well as an electrician whose name escapes me were all very professional and did excellent work. Communication throughout this entire process was extraordinarily good. C Massey Plumbing exceeded our expectations. A-Plus.

I would recommend C. Massey Plumbing for your plumbing needs. The staff was very professional staying in touch with me throughout. Thomas was my technician, he was very nice, respectful and knowledgable. He answered questions and walked me through the process of the repairs needed. He did a great job repairing and replacing the leaks and faucets in my kitchen and bathroom. I am happy to say I found a plumber on the internet that was truly the real deal.

Great Experience!! My hot water heater had a leak in it. They replaced the unit quickly and at a very reasonable price. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He treated me like family. I would definitely recommend C Massey plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

C Massey Plumbing is the best company I have come across in the Chapel Hill area. They are good communicators, arrive on time, assess problem and fix it in a super timely manner.
