Travis was a wonderful electrician. He quickly identified the problems with my lighting, repaired everything, explained every step, repaired several other electrical issues, and installed whole home surge protectors. I'll definitely call for him every time I have electrical problems!

Today I had my second experience with ARC Electrical. My first experience was earlier this year when I had an electrical issue at my mother's house. Brandon was our electrician and was courteous and professional. Today I had my second experience with electricians Travis and Jacob and once again, both were very courteous, friendly and professional. An absolute joy to work with. They took their time to explain the work to be done and performed the jobs with minimal interference to the air conditioning on this hot summer day. I will definitely be using ARC Electrical for any upcoming electrical issues. Highly recommend Travis, Jacob and Brandon.

Brandon and Devan did a great job to install my EV charger for me. They had to reconfigure the original wiring plan to install it in the best accessible place for my car.

Willing to respond on a Saturday no less to solve a 4 day old electrical problem related to a HVAC unit, during the most recent cold snap. We did an extensive renovation on a house we bought earlier this year and we chose ARC for the electrical work. Brandon was always professional, knowledgeable and took initiative to make sure things were done properly. Travis and Alex are excellent electricians. They are kind, polite, neat, and knowledgeable in their trade. They work steadily and efficiently, and leave a polished result. They even helped me troubleshoot a new Jointer/Planer that didn't work once it was plugged into their new 220V outlet. Their help, including a conversation with customer service at Grizzly, got my tool up and running. They have since done more work for us and we intend to hire them again.

We just had two days of extensive service in our home with Arc technicians Brandon and Alex. The first day was troubleshooting a horrible wiring job done on a sunroom by the previous homeowner. The second was a happier day, with 13 light fixtures or ceiling fans installed. They were professional, affable and kept us informed at every step of the process. They and Arc honored their original estimates despite some unforeseen surprises on both days. Because we have not always had good experiences with services in our home, we were extremely satisfied this time and would not hesitate to use Arc, and these two gentlemen in particular, for future projects.

I have found Jacob to be an excellent electrician. He advised me on the actions I needed to take to maintain my electrical panel and the work he performed in response to that demonstrated a very high level of competence. I would definitely recommend him and his company ARC for any future electrical work.
