The owner actually listens to your needs. They do a very good job and a good cleanup as well. it may take a couple of times for them to get things exactly the way you want them but if you have the patience once they know your preferences everything comes out wonderful

These guys do a great job cutting the vacant lots next to my property. Always looks good when they are done. They were even kind enough to help me finish mowing my back yard after seeing how much I was stuggling with my push mower!

I have been using Carolina Pro Lawn Care for 3 years and have been very happy with their service and professional hassle free handling of all their services and billing. They are dependable and friendly and take full responsibility for their work.

I live in the outskirts of Angier, NC, so getting lawn care services is difficult. After trying half a dozen lawn care companies, I can say that Carolina Pro Lawn Care is the only company to actually show up as scheduled. If you do have an issue, the owner or his wife will call you directly and do their best to make sure you service runs smoothly. I have found that the best way to contact them is through their website.

I'm a professional house sitter - who travels around the country and frequently I have to hire help to do work at my clients homes, so it can be a real challenge finding good help when you don't know anyone in the area. And, when I do find someone who is awesome, I want the world to know...

The name says these guys are PROS - and they mean it! From the moment they responded to my request for an estimate, they listened, they showed up when they said they would, they gave me a fair quote for the work I needed done and they followed up and scheduled the appointment as they said they would.

And... here's where they really impressed the heck out of me. They were supposed to come to my home at 8:30 AM, but it rained during the night and I needed them to blow leaves off my property and out of my gutters, so I was concerned that they would show up and not be able to do a good job, but instead they emailed me at 7:30 AM and let me know that they had changed their schedule around because of the rain, so that the leaves had a chance to dry out before they got here.

They did an excellent job, for the price they quoted. Their billing system is all automated and I was able to pay with a credit card online later the same day.

It's really hard to find professionals in the landscaping business that respond, in fact I contacted 5-6 different companies and haven't heard from any of them except Carolina Pro Lawn Care.

If you are looking to have your landscaping done by real professions that put your needs and requirements first, at a reasonable price, than Carolina Pro Lawn Care is the company that I highly recommend!

Worst lawn care experience in over 10 years and 20+ properties! I hired this company to service my property every other Tuesday. From the start, I had nothing but issues. The first week they showed up on a Wednesday and only cut the back yard. They left grass clippings all over the yard and did not service the front yard at all. They failed to trim the bushes, leaf blow the driveway and patio, or edge the yard. All of which were services I paid for.

Unfortunately, this was the best experience I had with Carolina Pro Lawn Care and it only got worse from there. They were supposed to come back two weeks later and never showed up despite paying them $40 for the service. After ignoring my emails for several days, I was finally able to get ahold of them. They said they didn't service the property because I had multiple dogs in my backyard. However, I don't have any dogs or pets on the property. At first I thought they tried the wrong house but they confirmed otherwise and said they would try again next week.

The following week they did not show up again. I have reached out multiple times and they finally said there was a dog in my yard again even though there were still no animals on the property. I seriously doubt they even came by the property that day. At this point they have not mowed my grass in over 4 weeks. I had to cut it myself so I didn't receive a fine from the homeowners association. Carolina Lawn Care assured me they would be by in two weeks for scheduled service.

As you can guess, they didn't show up again. I called to have them come out and they said they would come by on Wednesday instead. I waited at the house all day Wednesday to ensure there were no issues and everything went smoothly. As of 6pm, they had not come by and I was about to email them to see what the issue was. Right about that time, I received yet another email saying they had come by and my dogs were out again. Still not dogs on the property and my neighbors don't have dogs either.

Its at this point I realized this company is nothing but dishonest. They will blatantly lie to your face and will look for ways to steal your money. If the weather is hot they will fabricate a story so they don't have to work in the heat. The customer service is horrible and I would not expect them to tell you the truth about their services. They will also refuse to return emails. This company is far from professional and I would recommend against using them for any of your lawn care needs. There are a lot better options with hard working, reliable workers. This company sucks! This review is helpful for others to avoid their services and is not considered slander.

I liked how I got a response the same day I called the company which was a Saturday. I had water standing under my house which was definitely an emergency.
A young gentleman came out and brought a big machine to start the repairs. He was very friendly and courteous.
He assured me someone would be out on Monday.
Fred came out early Monday morning as promised. He worked hard to get my home restored.
I want to give a special thanks to Fred and Josh they were there for me, and showed me that they cared about my situation.
Thanks to all the other workers that helped get my home restored, they were all friendly and showed they cared about my concerns. I would definitely recommend this company.

5 stars across the board and I would highly recommend them. The entire team was super responsive (especially given how busy they are after 2 hurricanes), but Josh in particular was fantastic. He responded quickly, was able to provide us an immediate spot-on quotation (he actually accurately predicted what turned out to be the problem during the original telephone description) and had my problem solved within days. Super knowledgeable, service orientated and friendly. Definitely will recommend to all my contacts and they have all my future business.

No one anticipates having to deal with water intrusion and mold issues. The entire process is scary and overwhelming. You're likely worried about your living arrangements, your family's health and mounting costs.

The source of the water intrusion in our home was initially unknown and our home insurance claim was denied early on in the project. Both of which severely complicated our problem. Daniel Joy and EmergNC was always understanding and willing to work with us to help make the project more affordable. They located the water intrusion source so we could schedule repairs and mitigated the water/mold. Afterwards they did everything they could to have the insurance reverse their denial. I highly recommend Daniel Joy and EmergNC.

First off, the water damage mitigation of their services was fantastic. Tim came out on a Sunday, he was very responsive, and finished his portion of the job in a timely manner. From there, the reconstruction portion of the services went completely down hill. The reconstruction manager would ignore emails, texts, and phone calls. He would reach out to me days or even weeks later but act as though I never reached out in the first place. What should have been a simple fix, took 3 months to complete. Over this time span, there were not even 2 full days of work that was completed. On several occasions, I also requested that they look into an electrical issue that I thought could have started due to the water damage. This went completely ignored although I requested this be done prior to the holes in my ceiling being patched. I did not want these patched just for an electrician to have to open them back up. I would not have let it go this far if they did not require a down-payment that was half of the cost of the estimate. WEEKS after work was completed, someone finally reached out in regard to payment. They requested I pay the full estimate, although not everything on the estimate was done. The reconstruction manager never once even came out to the house to check on what was done. I requested that the price be reduced for the items not completed and thankfully they did so. I just wonder how many people they have scammed by doing that. Overall, if you're using this service solely for water mitigation, Tim and his team are great. But DO NOT use them for reconstruction as it will take months to complete, they will ignore you, and they will overcharge you.

Emerg+NC showed up to our property when we had a leak with a plan in place and were professional throughout the entire experience.
Communication was excelkebt on all fronts and and they knew everything insurance company needed for the Homeowners claim.
Hopefully I will not need to use them again, but they would be my first call if needed.

Emerg+NC went above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone I interacted with was SUPER fast, responsive, professional, and honest. We contacted them the day our water heater malfunctioned in the attic and leaked down to the first floor of our townhouse. James and his team were there taking care of the "mitigation" and taking down walls, ceilings, and floors within 90 minutes of our phone conversation. James set up the huge fans and even came and checked on them during the weekend! The repair/rebuild team lead by Josh was prompt, fast, clean, and truly helpful. I don't know what we would have done without Josh's skills, knowledge, and most importantly, his integrity. As frustrating as our home insurance company was, Josh responded each time immediately and followed up with every request.

We used Emerg-NC for the first time when we had a water leak in our kitchen that damaged everything. The experience from start to finish was great. There was a lot of communication between us and them. Mostly during the reconstruction of our kitchen, our guy Josh was FANTASTIC! He was always on top of everything and helped get us put back together in the most efficient way. His organizational skills only had our kitchen out of commission for one day while cabinets, counters, and floor were replaced. I can't thank him enough for his customer service. I've never had someone follow up with me after the bill was paid to make sure everything is still going great! Can't say enough great things about Josh and the company. Thank you again!

I used Emerg+NC when I had a flood in my brand new home. They did a great job from start to finish. Josh was amazing. I always had a ton of questions and concerns throughout the process and he always responded to me in a timely manner and did whatever he could to keep me satisfied. Highly recommend! I was referred to Emerg+NC on a FB recommendations page for home improvement by numerous ppl when our water heater flooded our living room. They were prompt and extremely nice and professional. They explained the process and answered the 500 questions I had about process/insurance /etc. After they did the remediation, Josh was my point of contact for moving forward with repairs. He literally bent over backwards to help me sort out insurance issues, including helping on the weekend, and gave me his personal phone number. During the repair process, Josh was diligent in following up to ensure promptness, quality and satisfaction were achieved. Although I hope to never have to call them again :) I will not hesitate to recommend them. Superior and professional company.

I had a small fire in my master bathroom. It was caused by the exhaust fan. A neighbor had used Emerg-nc in the past and was very pleased with the service. I thought of them immediately and told my insurance agent that was the company I wanted. Josh called very quickly on a Sunday. We made an appointment for the next day. Josh was very pleasant, understanding, and he made it all so easy. He handled everything, the contact with the adjuster, and got the things done that was necessary for us to live in the house.
