When your house is in shambles, you hope to have a company that can come quickly and restore some peace into your life. EMERG+NC went above and beyond with our water damages and had their crew come to my house within the hour. I was blown away by their team, Cameron and Josh were amazing to work with and Ryan was very responsive to all my million questions. Don't hesitate to contact these guys, ever!

Awesome work and overall experience! Josh Hooks was our PM and he is great to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a toilet break and flood our upstairs and water trickled through the walls causing our downstairs ceilings to be damaged. We called EmergNC and they came out the very next day to inspect the damage. They laid out a plan to work with our insurance and get everything done. Josh emailed or called me almost daily to update me on progress and next steps and he worked with our insurance a lot to make sure they covered things they had missed. He found the perfect vanity for our bathroom and got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently while being easily reached through email or phone.

The damage to my home was really devastating but the team did a great job and got everything back on track in record time. I felt like I was part of the team and not just being talked at by the "professionals." I have not any had problems with the work that was done and it has held up very well.

We had a tree come down during Hurricane Ian that punched a hole in our roof and upstairs bathroom. I called them and they came out promptly for the remediation and also took care of the repairs to the bathroom. This was a turn key operation for me as they worked directly with my insurance company and brought in the necessary contractors for repairs. The whole team from my project manager to the billing dept were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Emerge NC if you ever need these type of services.

Emerg+NC came to the rescue after our dishwasher leaked under our flooring and messed up our kitchen cabinets as well! Every single person with Emerg+NC was extremely professional, kind and helpful. They were patient when our insurance agent was slow and unresponsive and Emerg+NC did everything in their power to make our house livable ASAP! We couldn't be happier with the finished product and If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Highly highly recommend Emerg+NC!

Emerg+NC came quickly when we called them on a weekend and water was pouring through our garage ceiling after a storm. They did what they said they would do, came when they said they would come, they responded promptly to texts, answered questions, and handled the remediation and repair professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a water emergency.

I am a contractor, while working on a building remodel I broke a water line in an occupied building. I called Emerg-NC and they were there within an hour to assist in the water clean up and assess the damages that I caused. They have a fleet of equipment to assist in the drying of major water disasters. The crew was professional, communitive, and handled all of the insurance claims process. The next time I break a water line I will be calling Emerg-NC.

Emerg+NC Property Rescuers in Fuquay came highly recommended. I cannot thank them enough for all they have accomplished for me, from small repairs to large repairs. Recently I had major water damage in my kitchen where all the cabinets and countertops needed to be replaced. Josh, who was in charge of the whole renovation, was fabulous to work with every step of the way from helping with insurance requirements to doing all the little extras I wanted. He went over and above all my expectations. He was very patient, listened, and even offered recommendations that I loved. Josh is truly an asset to Emerg+NC Property Rescuers...great company, and I highly recommend them to anyone that need the services they provide.

We had trees from a tornado to hit our house in North Raleigh. My insurance company recommended them and we called them literally as the storm was still happening. They were literally at our house within an hour to tarp the house in pouring down rain as to not cause further damage. They had the tree removal people at our house the next morning bright and early and of course they secured the house even more. We had just remodeled our house, so we were going to use the same builder; however, that became a night mare with the insurance company and the builder decided it was not worth their time. So we called the Emerg NC team back and they were right on it. They are very familiar with dealing with insurance companies so it made the process seamless. Josh was our project manager on this job and he went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was very responsive by text and always showed up when he said he would. I highly recommend this company. Can't say enough about Josh, the subs, and the company as a whole.

We had a fire at our rental property in January. Thankfully, no one was hurt. At the scene, there were two representatives from similar property recovery companies, but they seemed a little shady. I did my own research and decided to go with Emerg+NC. I was very glad I did.

We worked with Josh and he was amazing! It was a long process because they had to, pretty much, gut the house and start over. Josh was very responsive and kept me informed of progress. He worked with my insurance company and made the whole process less stressful.

Even after I signed paperwork saying everything was completed, a few small items came up and Josh took care of them.

We have used Emerg+NC several times for water leaks. They are very timely and coordinated things well with our insurance company. Josh Hooks, our recent Project Manager, did a great job arranging and overseeing the various contractors that worked on our home repairs. I highly recommend this firm. All the representatives have been very polite, professional, and responsive to our needs.

Emerg+NC was amazing handling our very large rebuild. It was a massive undertaking. Josh(Our PM) was really awesome. He always communicated to us on all aspects of the build. We had a bad feeling about another vendor and went with Emerg+NC and I can’t explain how happy they made us feel about using them. They were very professional, superior quality work, excellent communication, on budget, on time! The whole organization works like a well oiled machine. We were NEVER worried about was was going to be done. I will never use any other company. They always showed up with a smile and were really nice people..just like family. Their estimate was bang on and no surprises. They made us feel like our home was back to normal again. Yes. That’s possible! Josh is the man and his crew rocks. We always felt cared for and important. We have never been through something like this and I don’t know what we would have done without them. You would be a fool to use any other company. They knew how to do everything. Deal with the insurance company, all the stages, what to expect and when to expect it. Seriously, no surprises. When challenges arose due to market changes they were always explained and managed perfectly. Their professionalism was top shelf. Our biggest concern was cost, communication and quality. They excelled in all areas. So here it is folks. I absolutely recommend Emerge+NC for a superior professional restoration if you have a large claim and they are the best!

So the wind and rain that came through last Sunday took off a section of ridge vent from our roof. No stress there, right? I called Emerg+NC, because it was. I had a wonderful experience with Emerg+NC. Although the circumstances were of course stressful, Tim and his team did a wonderful job remediating our water damage. From the first point of contact with their team, each step of the way was completed with expedience, competence and professionalism. For anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of having to deal with water damage or leaks in their home, I cannot recommend Emerg+NC enough.

My program manager (Tim) was very good. He explained everything to us, he and his team arrived right on time and got to work. The setup the drying equipment and removed any excess areas wet insulation. They came back multiple times to ensure that all affected areas were completely dry. We were very pleased with the whole process; I would highly recommend Emerg+NC.

I definitely had an emergency when my toilet upstairs flooded and damaged everything, but when I called Emerg+NC they came out the next day equipped to dry and remove damage. They worked very patiently with the insurance company for the mitigation, and they are still working with them for repairs. It seems my insurance company doesn’t want to repair my property with the same quality material that was used in my home. However I do believe Emerg+NC will get it handled. There’s a great group of people that work with this company so you will be in great hands working with them.
