Great Expectations has provided outstanding lawn service and maintenance! for us! I called Joe as soon as I bought a new build home a year ago in 2021 and he came right out and assessed my lawn. He was very knowledgeable about Bermuda sod and the maintenance needed, especially since the sod was newly laid. His explainations of what was needed for the lawn to flourish were clearly stated and the applicable services were fairly priced. Its been almost a year with him doing regular maintenance such as mowing, fertilizing, and aerating and the lawn looks amazing! Joe is a pleasure to work with and it's clear he is passionate about landscaping and cares about his clients. We will definitely continue our lawn maintenance contract with Joe going forward.

Joe took our yard from Okay to Spectacular in 2 seasons. He is a great communicator and knows everything about bermuda grass (fescue, too). If you've got a problem, Joe has a solution. And his solutions work!

Joe at Great Expectations was friendly, honest, realistic and great to work with. I completed a quote request online and he got back to me via phone. His response was prompt and he came out the same week to review what we needed done. He provided honest guidance on lawn ideas and weed treatment, really focused on ensuring we didn't waste money on things that would sort themselves out. The Great Expectations Lawn and Landscape team is THE BEST!! They come every week like clockwork to take wonderful care of our yard. In addition to weekly cutting and edging, we asked them to do a bunch of work in the front of our house. They removed old bushes and weeds, expertly shaped an out of control holly bush/tree, installed new plants and added mulch. It looks amazing! And if that's not enough, they power washed our house and shed. Everything shines! We're so thankful we met Joe and his team. They are fantastic!

I hired Great Expectations this season. I was moving away from a large chain company. From the get go Joe has been responsive, true to his word and really cares about his customers and his craft. Recently Joe called me just to check in and go over the plan for the remainder of the season. When he mentioned that he drove by to check on things while he was in the area I was floored. Not many take pride anymore and Joe certainly does. Very happy with the results and service.

Great Expectations was called to get my lawn under control. I am new to area and unfamiliar with Bermuda. However, I am a little outside his service area. But Joe took the time to consult over the phone what I needed to do to get a healthy lawn.. And now my yard looks great from his advise. If you’re still scrolling to find someone for your lawn, STOP! Joe has been fantastic! I was in Lowe’s collecting products to “fix” my lawn. He stopped me and gave great advice. Two years later, I reached out to him with a problem. He was very knowledgeable, honest and gave advice that would permanently fix my problem. I will continue to suggest everyone to Joe!

Joe is a very genuine person, he called me to let me know he doesn't service cuts, and gave me 2 wonderful recommendations (ironically, one is one their way to my home as we speak).
