Once again Demarkus did an amazing job and went above the call of duty. My mother has dementia and she somehow finds away to mess up her toilet but Demarkus was patient solved the problem and game me some encouragement on the way out! I love this guy!

Returning home, after nearly 3 weeks of snow, ice and daily freezing temps, I found everything in good condition except my hot water heater had shut down. I was not able to get it going, so I contacted Streamline Services (Chris) who set me up with a weekend appointment, which was today 02/21/26. The gentleman (William) arrived on time, took care of the problem and now I have hot water. Yes, I had to pay a little extra bc it was the weekend. My water heater runs on LP Gas and I was unsure to try it by myself. It was well worth it. Thank you to Streamline Services, Mr Chris and Mr William K.

Eric, The technician that repaired my leak was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak quickly and was very personable. I highly recommend him and would trust him for future repairs

William was very helpful. We had well pump issues and he took the time to show me and explain everything that was going on. We ended up going with a different company who had better pricing but William was awesome.

I called off hours and someone was able to come address my issue in hours. The rep was friendly and answered all my questions. I was dissatisfied with the job and the corresponding cost. I had a leak in the crawl space, hot water heater from the garage. The repair was to abandon the original pipes and run new ones. Unfortunately the “run” was not through the wall like original. New lines were run which were long and not supported. I had to point out how precarious they were and questioned their stability as water flows through the lines. Additionally the pipes in the crawl space dangled unsupported. He secured both, not to my liking but said they were to code and guaranteed for 1 year (I will be watching! To top it all off - he did NOT clean up after the job and left debris behind. For ~$1,500 I expected better.

Devyn was great! He explained everything thoroughly, helped me work out a plan and did an awesome job.

Hayden did a great job in checking the breakers and water heater and informing us of what he found and what our options were for fixing the problem. He also told us about other potential issues he found, while doing his inspection and the services Streamline offers.

Tom installed the water heater, after helping us to decide what style would work best for our needs. He did a great job on the install and was very thorough.

Kyle did the wiring and it’s so much better than the previous set up. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for getting our hot water working again.

No question in my mind, I would use his services again (however and hopefully I won’t need him too soon) should a future need arise.

Streamline sent someone out right away when we had a ceiling leak. The person who answered the phone was clear and concise and no crazy menus to go through to get to a person. They sent a tech out within an hour! Very happy with my service!

August came to check on concerns we had with our duct work. He notified us when he was on his way. He ensured he understood our concerns completely and checked the system thoroughly. He was friendly and professional. Based on previous interactions with Streamline Services this is the culture of the company. Highly recommend Streamline Services. Visit was covered by our service plan. Later Preston came to follow up with an estimate for other services we were considering. Again, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We have never had anything less than very positive interactions with any technician from Streamline Services.

Get rid of your automated phone service. Human to Human contact would go a long way. I just waited 7 hours for someone to show up today and was unable to contact anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tech was good. But why do you guys sit in peoples driveways for 20 mins afterwards. It’s really awkward.

Streamline has been a wonderful provider since we moved to Raleigh. All technicians are knowledgeable and kind.
