Zan has been my go to person, River all of the team are prompt, sincere with gentle kindness understanding the stress of storm damage the property owner goes through. I have had numerous roof repairs and replacements on my home and rental property completed by Guardian Roofing. They are the better of any company that has worked as a roofing company for me. Thank you to all of your team.

I contacted Guardian Roofing for a quote to replace my older modular commercial building. The pitch was very slight, requiring a membrane roof such as TPO or EPDM. Bryan gave me a quote and went above and beyond by meeting with my insurance agent to point out the roof damage from hail. River was also a part of that process and both of them were professional and knowledgeable and they were instrumental in getting my insurance to cover some of the cost. Once the quotes came in, Guardian was not the lowest but they were in the middle of the quotes. Even though I ultimately chose the company with a lower price, I wanted to give this review due to Guardian's amazing customer service, honesty and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. It's really nice to have a good local company with trustworthy employees. They are definitely on my short list to call for my next roofing job!

Overall great experience working with Guardian roofing. They showed up on time, completed the worked as described and were thorough in clean up. I worked directly with Henry. He described the entire process, worked with my insurance company, helped with tile selection and helped set expectations in working with my HOA.

I met Bryan Diamond first and he did a thorough inspection of my barn roof. The estimate was right about what I expected. Owner Zan Wright scheduled the date for repairing the roof and crew leader Benson Mangum with a crew of 4-5 guys did an excellent job repairing and re-roofing my barn. My experience with Guardian Roofing was awesome and I will recommend them confidently. All were courteous, friendly, professional and respectful.

Our experience with Guardian Roofing restored my faith in American business pride and fairness. From my first context with Erik in sales through my many visits and calls with one of the owners, Zan, the entire process was seamless. I realized that my roof presented some real challenges with the steep slope and custom metal work but they handled it without incident.
Another thing that I truly appreciate is that they never found ways to charge more money, zero upselling! In fact they absorbed some cost at their expense because of their initial promise.
Not only were the workers and supervisors real pros of their craft I loved the way that they treated each other…with kindness and respect.
They were communicative, punctual, and professional in EVERY way!!!

I have to point out that we are very meticulous about our house…we spend a lot of time and money maintaining it to our high standards. We expect everyone to do what they say they are going to do. Needless to say ,we are often disappointed in many companies who fall short of our high expectations .

I was immediately impressed when Erik, in Sales, when he showed up the day before installation with moving blankets and tarps and covered out porch and railings to protect them from falling debris.

Other notable things about Guardian..Zan, one of the owners, was at the job site every day to ensure that everything was going well. I even witnessed him going on our roof to personally inspect the work.

Despite their diligent efforts to protect our property from damage from falling debris a few things( landscape lighting, plants, gutters etc were slightly damaged… Zan immediately made everything good as new without an issue. Bottom line: they are proud of their work , and want the customer to be 100% satisfied!

Their clean up standards are the best! Not only did they gather nails, shingles, felt, boards etc, they even climbed trees to grab shingles that got stuck in the trees!!!

Another thing that I truly respected and appreciated was that they communicated directly with the Insurance company and inspector when they came across additional problem area that were not detected in the original quote. Since this was a hail damage claim they communicated directly with the Insurance company, and never missed a beat.

From my initial contact with Erik in Sales through my final contact with Nancy in Accounting EVERYONE DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED!

Guardian Roofing did an excellent job on my roof! I couldn't believe how easy the process went, even with the complicated removal and reconnection of my rooftop solar array. Every part of the process of our new roof has exceeded our expectations. Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful during purchase of the roof. Bryan was extremely helpful and experienced. He was able to provide us the details for the purchase and answered any questions we had. He walked us through the process so we knew exactly what to expect. His communication was excellent and he kept us informed. The people who installed the roof did a perfect job and we couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was friendly and very responsive when I needed updates about the progress of my project. They worked directly with my insurance company but kept me in the loop. Erik was extremely knowledgeable about their products and he was most helpful in helping me to navigate through all of the red tape with my insurance company when they did not want to pay. Erik is a true advocate for the homeowner and has the professional experience that is needed to deal with many insurance companies that will quickly deny your claim. Bryan Diamond of Guardian was the most professional and effective contractor with whom I’ve ever dealt. He relented pursued and battled the Allstate adjuster who continued to deny my roof replacement until he was able to convince him to pay for a full replacement roof. The Allstate adjuster even commented he had never dealt with a roofer so effective and professional especially in terms of proving his case for full replacement through supporting documentation, pictures and reliability test. I would highly highly recommend Bryan and Guaradian for your roofing needs.

My sales rep was Henry Pattle. Henry spent a lot of time working with my insurance rep which resulted in a smooth process, ensured all aspects of the project were accounted for, and made it stress free for me as the homeowner. Henry was very thorough, explained the list of quality materials that would be used, ensured my questions were addressed before signing the contract, and stayed in touch throughout the entire process.
Guardian used professional installers who paid attention to details. A project manager was on site ensuring quality work. The cleanup was superb. The installers spent time reinspecting their work before leaving, the project manager came back the next day and did a walk-around, and Henry followed up a few days later and performed another inspection. All inspections were done with myself included. They wanted to make sure it was done right, and I was completely satisfied. Thanks for a job well done.

We just worked with Guardian for our roof replacement and we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by every aspect of the experience. Their lead representative, Erik Jonsgaard, took us through every step of the process with our insurance company (State Farm). Initially, State Farm wasn't going to cover anything more than the most basic repairs. But Erik really helped us understand how to talk with the claims adjusters and he made multiple repair videos to point out the issues with the roof. We followed every aspect of Erik's advice and State Farm finally shifted and covered the whole replacement! Then, as if that wasn't enough, Guardian upgraded our entire roof to a much higher grade of architectural shingles and we ended up with a gorgeous 40 year roof with a great long-term warranty. The install was incredibly fast and their crew was super friendly and went out of their way to clean up every bit of the materials left from the replacement process. It's rare these days to find a company that works this hard to give you the best service possible in every aspect of their work. If you care about quality and want to work with people you can trust, look no further! We'll be recommending Guardian Roofing to our friends and neighbors for years and years to come.
