Reckless, crazy driving. Way to represent a company

Whoever was driving the company van numbered 09 was driving reckless and crazy! That is absolutely not the way to represent a company! You will definitely not have customers calling for your business with that kind of driver!

We talked about what I was needing done. He said he'd come up with a plan. Never heard back. I messaged him two more times, asking what the plan was, nothing.

I left messages, I got one one response saying he would be out to give me an estimate right away. I didn't hear back, so I texted. He said he had lost his phone and asked me to send the address again. Never heard back. Even texted asking if he was just too busy, no response. I used someone else.

I hired TR3 for my 3000 sq.ft. new work/full electrical rough-in, including a 400A service upgrade and installation of a second subpanel. His quote was competitive against others. It was easy to choose Trey though. His prompt response to my request for quote, his clear understanding of my project, and his professionalism set him apart from the other companies.

I had fairly detailed plans that I was able to review with him before and throughout the job. If he noted something in the plans that could be done better, he'd bring it to my attention. Before starting a new area, we would walk through the plans again to make sure we were in agreement on everything. And one thing I really appreciated on the job: we did a thorough walk-through of all switch locations and all 3- and 4-way switches, so I would have the best flexibility in controlling all my lighting.

Communications were exceptional throughout the project. He texted when he could be expected and was always on time.

Finally, the two things that impressed me the most with his work:
(1) he is meticulous and one of those well-organized tradesmen, who clearly shows pride in his work. All the wiring is organized, his service panels are clean, labeled, and look tidy.
(2) he is FAST. It's clear he knows his trade. Just seeing him work a room, I got a real sense of how valuable a good tradesman is.

We needed electrical wiring for a new garbage disposal installation, Trey was able to give us a quote over the phone based on photos and information. He was very responsive and gave us a well priced quote. On the day of the installation he gave plenty of notice of when he expected to be at our house. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was able to run a new wire and switch out our current light switch to accommodate the light switch and the disposal switch all in about an hour. I was extremely happy with the work and there was absolutely no mess or anything at of place when he finished. He even labeled the switches after installing it.

Fast and affordable service. Showed up promptly on a weekend call and fixed our issue. Highly recommend TR3!!!
