Turn2 Electric sent Chase Lewis to my house to install my new Generac Generator.
I can’t say enough positive things about Chase and his work.
He was polite and respectful.
He engaged in conversation with me and made me feel special and important.
He is a perfectionist which delighted me.
When you pay as much as you pay for a generator, you want and need it to be perfect.
Chase met and even exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Turn2 and Chase.

Simply put, Chase is the best. His knowledge and skill are top notch. Other Generac generator technicians call HIM when they have questions. To top it all off, he's just a fantastic human being. So, if you have issues with your generator, call and ask for Chase. You'll be glad you did.

I had to have the load manager box replaced on my Generac generator. Chase Lewis had an estimate for repair within minutes of talking to him. He was at my house within an hour. I am definitely happy I found Turn2 Electric. I will be using them from now on (after getting the run around from another company) for all of my electrical needs. Chase is very knowledgeable !!

We hired Turn2 Electric to hang a large chandelier in our home, positioned at about 16 feet high. From start to finish, their service was exceptional.

Requested Chase personally for this year's annual Generac service. A coupld of years back, he diagnosed and fixed an intermittent error in the original 20-year old installation which was periodically knocking the generator offline. Two other technicians (with another company) who had tried to address the problem were baffled. Personable, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. A++

Chase has serviced both our generator and my mother's. Recently, we called to check-in because of a 'red' light. Chase scheduled a visit within 2 days with Thanksgiving just hours away. The generator was out of commission of course right in front of the first well below freezing nights. He remedied the situation in about an hour and there was no charge given the Generac warranty. He also doubled-checked other items and provided great advice. Chase is so knowledgeable and always reliable, respectful and efficient.

We just had a Generac 26KW generator installed. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Called them for a quote, Brandon came over the house and took time to explain our options. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Day of the installation we received a text that the techs were on their way. Chase and Eddie explained to us how the installation would work and the timeline for everything, including power being turned back on and county inspections. Once the generator was up and running Chase and Eddie explained how the generator works, the app and they set up the test schedule for the unit. I highly recommend Turn2 Electric for all of your electrical needs.

Excellent service! Chase arrived on schedule, he was very professional, and he did an excellent job fixing my generator which had not been used in years! He was very patient in showing me how to use it! I highly recommend this company! Very reasonably priced too.

I was experiencing a low voltage issue with our Generac 22KW, whole house generator. Luckily I called Turn2! I spoke with Chase on the phone, we scheduled for the following day. Chase arrived on time, with all the appropriate troubleshooting equipment, ready to work. He read the error code and explained what the two most like causes were and a ballpark price for each. I was not expecting the repairs to be that expensive. Chase is an honest man, he could have charged me for the expensive repairs but he found a wire was pulling out of a connector, causing the problem. Chase has PhD. level knowledge of generators, at my request, he explained the operation and showed me how to run a test to ensure generator power transfers to our house, something the original installers never did. The honesty and high quality of work puts Turn2 as the only electrical contractor I'll use.
