It was 2am in a rainy day when out of nowhere we heard a loud noise and suddenly lost power, jumped out of bed to check my breaker box, main switch was off and as soon as I turned it back on a spark came out of the bottom of the box, this is as far as I would touch electricity (until I see the first spark) I did a quick research and found LivElectric and gave it a shot but wasn’t really expecting anyone to answer my call this late in a weekend, 40 minutes after this phone call Bernard pulled up to the rescue, turned out that as a new home owner I have never thought about a lot stuff like a thing called surge protection, half of my breaker box was burned and later we find out that our refrigerator also took a big hit and ended up needing to be replaced, Bernard showed a lot of knowledge of his trade and pointed everything that needed to be addressed and after we agreed a brand new panel was installed with new breakers and it own surge protection which could have saved my brand new refrigerator, long story short, this guys are just amazing and patient as you can imagine I asked every question that I could possibly think about the issue and he patiently answered everything and also scheduled a inspection for my new panel and service

Really awesome company. Bernardo truly takes pride in the work he does and making sure that you are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend if you want to support a small business, that is owned by an even better person. Will be having him back out soon to complete some other projects around the house that we've been putting off for a while.

Bernardo with LivElectric is great! He helped diagnose and fix our shower light, bathroom light switch, bathroom exhaust fan, and closet light fixture quickly and easily. He had all of the parts handy and was affordable. We have a few other projects to do in the garage and outdoors and will be using him again in the future.

Spectrum says the house is not grounded! They won’t do repairs. Duke says all is good but call an electrician….we did! LIVE backs out of the driveway, telephone and internet works without Spectrum! We were very satisfied with the time response as well as the work done Thank you!
