I recently hired The Plug Electric LLC to install a 60-amp hardwired EV charger at my home, and I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The entire process—from the initial estimate to the final inspection—was handled with professionalism, expertise, and clear communication.

John thoroughly inspected my garage, the exterior of the house, and the crawl space before explaining the best installation approach in detail. He returned the next day and completed the work with great attention to detail, including all wiring, conduit, breaker, and hardware. The installation was clean, organized, and fully up to code. He also handled the electrical permit and coordinated the Wake County inspection, which made the whole process completely stress-free.

I received the Duke Energy rebate with no issues. The charger works perfectly, and the finished installation looks great. I’m very happy with both the result and the smooth overall experience.
