John was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had three different jobs for him to do at once and he was able to knock them out super quickly with a high degree of quality. He walked me through every step of the process and ensured I understood every detail before he started. Can’t recommend highly enough.

There I was, trying to do a few simple replacements around the house when I found myself in over my head and freaking out. (Thankfully I did not electrocute myself!) In a panic I found The Plug and John on Google Maps and gave him a call on Thursday evening- Friday afternoon he was here (even showed up early!)

John was amazing! He listened to the story of what got me here, was unfazed by it and knew what was going on. Literally in 5 minutes he had it fixed and talked with me about why it happened. We checked out the breaker box and he explained what I was looking at and offered suggestions. Immediately I jumped on his offer to add whole house surge protection (you should absolutely do this!!)

All in all I wasn’t happy about having to call an electrician to fix my mistake, but John made it all worth while, very easy to talk and work with, and there were no surprises or ridiculous inflated costs! Do you need a guy? Call him!!

John is very knowledgeable and his pricing is fair. I got a whole home walkthrough from a big company and they told me I needed a lot more done than I actually did - AND their prices were crazy high!

John texted me when he was on the way, wore shoe covers to keep my home tidy, and explained things in great detail but still made sure I could understand the situation. He was able to do the work same day and I won’t hesitate to call him for my future needs!

John is not only friendly and professional, but he also has keen instincts when it comes to tracking down the right fix. When I had my doorbell upgraded to a Ring system, the previous person couldn't figure out how to get it to communicate with our original ancient hallway chime box, leaving us with no doorbell for weeks! John tracked down the original ancient utility box to the attic, covered in old insulation (fire hazard!). John cleared that out, installed a higher-voltage box to handle the Ring camera, and everything's been working perfectly ever since!

Got two ceiling fans installed and estimates for other work. John was punctual, knowledgeable, worked efficiently. Love our new fans. I recommend and would hire again. Thank you!

John was friendly, knowledgable, and gave me a great price on several projects I needed complete (light fixture and ceiling fan installation, new electrical socket, and replacing several old electrical sockets).
